    Discerning : The Water Cults

Pretty sure 2 and 3 are the same.

    Discerning : The Water Cults

Theres baptism by the spirit by fire. Baptism by water, a ritual. What's the 3rd one?

    Discerning : The Water Cults

The water baptism for salvation thing is similar to the recieving of the Holy Spirit by placing hands on the person thing. Both limit God in that God now requires man to perform an act in order to accomplish His will. God is in no way so restrained.

    Discerning : The Water Cults

I'm talking to some mormons right now who are water cultists. They also believe that the only way to recieve the Holy Spirit is for a mormon to lay hands on a person. It's pretty silly.

    The Case Against the Trinity

It really doesn't get more obvious than this.

    Nice semantic argument.

    The Case Against the Trinity

Did you not read this verse? It says Jesus is Lord. Did you not know that YHWH was called Lord all throughout the old Testament?

    The Case Against the Trinity

You said God is the one who raised Jesus so I provided scripture which shows that Jesus holds the power to take his own life back from the dead again, proving his diety. My response doesn't need to be more complicated than that.

If Jesus isn't God then who in the heck is he?

In Christ all things were created. Jesus claims to be God in multiple ways in the new testament.

HE THAT KEEPS MY SAYINGS SHALL NEVER SEE DEATH - JOHN 8:51

Isn't that something which God does? Without Him we can do nothing.

    Question to Reformed

So I just have one little question. God is not willing that any should perish (2 Peter 3:9) and Jesus, when lifted up, will draw all men to Himself (John 12:32) conclusion: If God isn't willing that any should perish, and if He will draw all men to Himself, why and how is anyone ever lost...

HE THAT KEEPS MY SAYINGS SHALL NEVER SEE DEATH - JOHN 8:51

His condition is very serious. We shouldn't make fun. Some people never learn to die to self, and that is to their own detriment.

I guess, according to the TC, Abraham went to hell too LOL

HE THAT KEEPS MY SAYINGS SHALL NEVER SEE DEATH - JOHN 8:51

John 8:51 is similar to Luke 17:6. Even Jesus did not command the mulberry tree to actually uproot and plant itself in the sea.

    WHY CHRISTIANS ARE STILL DYING

You make a thread then attack everyone in it who responds. How is that godly behavior, sir? Galatians 5:15
