Hello Knowing that we are in the last days is great, but few people actually know where we are in the last days, time wise. Goodbye

Oh Davy, you are making the same mistakes as many commentators have made by trying to make the Kings of Daniel 2 to be the same as the Beasts of Daniel 7. Islam is under the influence of the fourth beast and as such also under the influence of the Little Horn where Islamic religion has a...

The Book of Lamentations is Jeremiah's grieving for Israel as he considers the third and fourth generations/ages of their existence and the devastation and desolation of Jerusalem. The period of this desolation and devastation is found in a reference to Exodus 20:4-6 in Jeremaiah 5:7: - Jer...

This is very true, we are lowly servants of the Lord, and we should be attentive to what the Lord would have us do in the circumstances that we find ourselves in. At the present time the soil is quite fertile. What needs to be done is for the weeds and thistles to be removed from the field so...

I agree with this, Christians would rather talk at a person rather than with the person. In a teaching session we were asked to consider the parable of the Sower and how that would apply to evangelism. I suggested that we need to consider which example in the parable was applicable to the...

Sadly, many who believe that they are a Seer/prophet of God, often hurt many of the people of God because they use their gifting wrongly and bring words that do not edify the people concerned, believing that the words that they are giving are coming from God, but the reality is that they have...

Yesterday was Father's Day in the USA, and many other countries also celebrate Father's Day of the third Sunday of June, but in other countries of the world, Father's Day occurs on other Sundays/days of the year. Father's Day - Wikipedia. It is good to honour fathers and mothers on the...

Hello The bowl judgements are best understood if we consider that John was walking from the distant future backwards through time to wards this present time. In fact, looking at what is prophesied in the seventh bowl judgement, I can confidently place this prophecy as predominately taking...

From my perspective, the hallmark of a Baptist church is the control that is exercised by the head honcho. I thought that to be a leader of a church that a person had to be a humble servant. I am not so sure that that is what is happening in many churches at all and that the word of the head...

You are partially right in that it is our daily experience of God that matters; however, a half hour daily experience of God does not count if for the other 23.5 hours you are not experiencing God within your life. In Genesis 12:3 we have the "general translation bias" of this verse. The NKJV...

^^ You need a Queen and a drone for an ant nest to survive but more importantly you also need lots of workers who forage for food and tend the laid eggs and in general look after the nest colony of that particular ant queen. It should be remembered that many ant colonies have their own...

I thought that the first commandment was given chronologically in Genesis 1:28: - 28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on...

Does VB stand for Victorian Bitter? I thought that that language required a slur when spoken or was sloppy when written.

The salesman was overselling a couch to me and claimed that the couch could accommodate five people without any problems. I sat their contemplating his claim and decided against buying the couch as I realised that I did not know five people without any problems.

Douggg, you have provided the only verse in the scriptures that referenced the third heaven. Paul wrote this from his understanding obtained from his training. It is a man-made construct to make sense of what and where heaven is within the Jewish culture. You have not proved or been able to...

You have demonstrated false doctrine in your post about the heavens and the number of them. Scriptural references that you have provided do not support your commentary. It is only your opinion that supports what you have posted. Goodbye

Payday for Satan and all of the unrighteous of mankind is still over 1,000 years plus from now. It is only then that Satan will learn that his scoffing at God's directive to Adam that If Adam sinned and ate from the tree of knowledge that he would die the second death in the distant future...

Sadly Douggg, that is just your imagined understanding. If you had provided scriptural evidence, then to back up your claim then you would have been believable, but you have not. When the 72 returned to report to Jesus their experiences while ministering in the villages and town where Jesus...

What do you think?

This is the verse you are referring to: - Job 1:6 - 6 One day the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satana also came with them. Nowhere in this verse, does it talk about Satan being specifically summoned to appear before God, with the other sons of God. In the...
