So far, so good, brother! lol You have to do the carnivore diet for some time to get your body used to eating fats and using fat as fuel.

I just finished eating all of that ...but now, I know to do a little less fat trimmings. But I'm about to make carnivore icecream with raw heavy cream, organic vanilla extract, Lakanto brand English toffee monk fruit, and some allulose. I could add egg yolk, but I'm not up to that atm. lol
