No, we used to get vaccines at school, vaccines have done the world a lot of good, it's only a needle, a prick and then it is out, and we got to have a lolly after the jab at school.

I am tired and it is late here :p

Oh sorry I just realized this was in the debate section :rolleyes:

As for me, I will have to wait a couple months at least I reckon, covid vaccines, they are going to give healthcare workers and aged care residents covid vaccines first in Australia, this will happen later this month, I will have to wait a few months to get the vaccine I reckon, I think they...

@WaterSong said it was taxpayer's money which is true, but...... the Aussie Medicare levy is only 2% of taxable income, which is nothing compared to what people in America spend to go to hospital for treatments and surgeries in America. They could spend days in ICU due to covid and get charged...

Wow, it looks like this thread had been hijacked...... @WaterSong The covid vaccines are going to be free here in Aus too. In my country there is a "tax-free threshold." For your information we don't pay tax if we make less money than $18,200 and if we do make more, the first $18,200 is...

This is a ridiculous question. Praying for certain leaders is certainly not praying for satan..... Praying for them that they may do the right thing is not praying for satan. Praying that they may do what is best for the country is not praying for satan. As Christians we are not meant to pray...

Biased judges? There are currently 4 liberal judges and 5 conservative judges I believe, it was pretty fair.

Some need to realize that we should not dictate the way non-Christians live. Instead we are meant to be shining lights on the hills, setting good examples for others to follow, that they too may turn to Christ as a result. And not to be biased, but this is the truth, the 2020 Presidential...

...... You know I disagree with you on this. The facts are. Covid-19 has so far taken over 2.2 million lives. And 437,000 of those has been in USA and over 100,000 in the UK. I last read that the covid vaccines have so far resulted in a 60% drop of newly recorded cases in Israel, so they do...

You don't have to make everyone happy, that is up to them, it is out of your hands, however you have done the right thing by making peace with the other website, and I guess all you can do now is pray for your friend, it is now not your problem though.

Keep the peace.

The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you;

The KING of kings. Jesus is KING The LORD of lords Jesus is LORD SON of GOD Jesus is the CHRIST Jesus is Salvation. Jesus the Redeemer Jesus is the name above all names Jesus the Healer Jesus the Miracle Worker Jesus the Waymaker. Jesus the True Prophet. Jesus is the Way. Jesus is the Light...

@Barbara @Backlit I guess it also depends on the storage of the Pfizer vaccine, that vaccine must be kept in below freezing temperatures.

You may be surprised :p

In between June and AFL Grand Final Eve in September there needs to be another holiday

This is very true. But if a date is changed, I don't think that matters much, so long as we have a national day to celebrate Australia. As PM Scott Morrison put it though, it was the day that started what we now know as modern Australia, it's how we got to where we are today
