Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

No sir. Stating who is saved is a bit beyond my pay grade. This is not difficult: Christianity MUST have tenets that MUST be adhered to for Christianity to have any meaning. If a person posts on here that Jesus is NOT God...how could he possibly be of the Christian religion, how could he...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Apostate means to have left THE FAITH. A church that teaches that Jesus is a god and not GOD... is an apstate church because it is NOT teaching what the Apostles taught and what THE CHRUCH has believed and taught from the very beginning - after Jesus' resurrection.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Don't have time now. But you're saying that CONSTANTINE invented the Easter bunny and Halloween candy? And what's wrong with celebrating the birth of JESUS CHRIST our GOD AND SAVIOR? Titus 2:13 You're upset because it might not be the correct date? It's a whole lot better than having someone...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Oh my gosh. The moderators BAN LAMBANO! Surely you jest ! This is a serious conversation about a topic that needs to be addressed. It is NOT about a person's salvation which absolutely is not to be discussed and is between the person and God. The Trinitarian theory.... you see L,,,I'm willing...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Yes sir. Scholars have written books about this. But persons tend to stick to what they WANT to know and not the rest.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

You changed your post. You said I GET WHAT I GET (meaning ME). I'm not worried about what I get Lambano. I'm secure in my Christian theology.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Been through this before. I'm not repeating. You can relate to God however you wish to. You can relate to Son however you wish to. You can relate to Holy Spirit however you wish to. I went into detail about the funciton of the different Persons. Apparently it was not accepted. Which is your...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

See. You didn't read my post. I said Pastors, Priests, and all scholars MUST KNOW philosophy. NOT us on these boards. We should use only the bible since I doubt any of us here is a philosopher. They usually don't spend time on forums.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Did you see my post? It seems as though you didn't. It responds to what you posted in 1306. IOW, you were repeating what the other member stated, to which I was responding, as though you never read the post in which I tagged you.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Who ever said that the Triune God is one singular Person?? Here is the Trinity again: GOD IS ONE BEING IN THIS ONE BEING EXIST THREE PERSONS. BEING tells us WHAT God is. PERSON tells us WHO God is. FATHER IS A PERSON SON IS A PERSON HOLY SPIRIT IS A PERSON How you get 4 out of that I don't...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

PS I agree with this. However, yes, it must be learned... and even if not understood, a CHRISTIAN should not be debating whether or not Jesus is God.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Not only that... but ANGELS do NOT redeem. GOD redeems. In the OT God declared: I MYSELF WILL SAVE MY PEOPLE. I MYSELF WILL SHEPHERD THEM. etc.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Behold,,, Exactly WHAT defines a Christian according to you? And is it according to you... or is it already established??

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Did you see post 1302? I'm not here to discuss philosophy.

Why did I become a Christian? and witness of holy spirit

Well, I'll have to agree with you 100% that there is only one God. I'm certain that I made no statement that would lead one to believe that polytheism is a correct belief system. As to karma.... Actually that is a rule that works. IF we show love to others, it will be more likely that they...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

I see @Lambano gave you a LIKE, so good to tag him in. You see Beepster, I've been conversing with @Wrangler for a long time and my comment was meant specifically for him. Wrangler likes philosophy and he likes analogies. These don't work well when discussing Theology...neither does talk about...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

You didn't post scripture from Isaiah. Where exactly do you think I should run to? Let's look at Philippians since that is under discussion: Pilippians 2 2 Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any [a]affection and...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Your post makes no sense. But I will repeat: THERE IS ONLY ONE YAWEH. Father is YAWEH. Son is YAWEH. Holy Ghost is YAWEH. You can take it or leave it. But if you leave it,,,, you cannot define yourself as Christian. And I DO believe I see the word CHRISTIAN under your avatar.

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

Here's what's real: The CC is the original church. You don't have to take my word for it... you could look it up yourself. We have the internet nowadays.... it's really easy. Not like when we actually had to READ and STUDY. Stop lusting after Wes Huff? Are you crrrrrazy? Did you get a load of...

Can One Be Christian and Not Believe In The Trinity?

As I've often stated... history did continue after the book of Acts. This is from Gemini But you could look it up on your own because history is history: Yes, James—specifically James the Just, known as the brother of Jesus—is widely regarded in Christian tradition as the first Bishop of...
