'earning' is a mindset, it is part of the fallen human condition. Somewhere deep in us is this idea that we are not loved and need to do something to be loved. It drives the economies of nations. The various 'fancy' theologies that abound will tell you 'what you have to do to be saved'...

I have never advocated that the Law has been done away with. You want to spread ideas that the Law is done away with because you hate the Sabbath commandment yet when the fruit of that theory lands in your lap you start complaining and blaming instead of taking responsibility for your error...

Your culture is shooting itself in the foot and institutionalised Christianity and its anti Law doctrines is a major contributor. You are reaping the fruit of the seeds you have sown.

It appears to me from most of your posts MD, that your family is constantly sick. Is it because you live in a polluted environment? ....bad air, bad water, poor sanitation, food with few nutrients? Would you consider moving to a locality where these things are not such a problem?

They're suing to get the ten commandments out of schools If Christians believe the Law has been done away with, why are they stressing if the Law is no longer in the schools?

..and does 'earning salvation' include having the right idea about salvation? ......including pointing out the wrong ideas of others while exonerating oneself?

I doubt anyone will admit to that. Earning Salvation is far more subtle than the obviousness of the statement. A question would be, what does it look like in real terms.

Matters are only nebulas when ones understanding of the foundation one claims is unclear/ confused.

When human rationale vies for and displaces understanding; when those who consider themselves self appointed guardians of greater truths; when shortsightedness becomes accepted as insight, men perish for lack of vision.
