. I would like it very much if my friends, associates, and loved ones down in Hades were allowed visitor days because after they're transferred to the lake of fire per Rev 20:11-15, I may never get to be with them ever again. Pop Clock Update: 3,298 days have elapsed since beginning the thread...

. One of our friends contracted some Covid this past week. It's ironic because he wears a mask all day long at work. Fortunately our friend's case isn't extreme. He has some swelling in his tummy but no issues with his lungs so he's breathing okay and requires no hospital care. He's a mite...

. • Zech 1:5 . .Where are your forefathers now? And the prophets; do they live forever? My dad is gone, and the great preacher Billy Graham; he's gone too. My favorite rock and roll guitar player during the years I was a teen-ager was Chuck Berry. He's gone. While a sophomore in high school, I...

. According to the WHO corona virus dashboard: as of Apr 19, 2021 there were approximately 140,886,773 confirmed cases and 3,012,251 deaths. That translates to roughly a 97.86% survival rate. (close enough to be called 98% in the new dumbed-down math.) So even when people come down sick with...

. I'd also recommend Ecclesiastes; a popular book with just about everybody because it isn't especially religious, instead it's mostly one man's philosophy of life. Solomon's World View If you're the romantic type, Canticles is probably something you'd like. Solomon's Love Song _

. The good news is: Adam's disobedience wasn't a sin unto Hell; it's only a sin unto death. In other words; when he died, justice was satisfied for his conduct in the forbidden fruit incident, and when his posterity dies, justice is satisfied for them too; but of course justice isn't satisfied...

. Thru the same legal machinations by which God made Adam's posterity sinners by means of one man's disobedience, God makes Christ's followers righteous by means of one man's compliance. (Rom 5:12-18) God's justice system is pretty strange to my way of thinking, but seeing as how it works for...

. • Ezek 18:20 . .The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him. FAQ: If the...

. • Rom 8:9 . . If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. While reading that verse back around 1972, it occurred to me that if my body really was hosting something as amazing as Christ's spirit, then I should somehow be aware of it. When I shared my concern...

. I believe it is unwise, uneducated, and unscriptural to posit that the Earth pre-existed its current form, viz: that the Earth was existing somewhere in the dateless past and then one day, for reasons unknown, got so badly damaged that God had to renovate it, i.e. had to reconstruct the Earth...

. The Hebrew word that some folks translate "became" is horribly ambiguous and impossible to be given a narrow meaning as it's used in a variety of applications in about a zillion verses in the Old Testament. One of its many applications indicates that an incident, an object, a person, a thing...

. A very curious aspect of the new Jerusalem is the elite structure of its citizenry. According to Rev 21:22 only those people whose names are written in the lamb's book of life will be so much as permitted to visit the city let alone reside within its walls. According to Rev 21:24, the nations...

. The law of God says: Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, burning for burning, and life for life. Where does that leave people like Ted Kaczynski who killed and/or maimed 26 people with homemade bombs; and leave mass murderers like Stephen Paddock who indiscriminately sprayed a music concert in Las...

. That's good advice; thank you. However; according to my sources, it should never be assumed or taken for granted that an immunized person will not, and/or cannot, spread disease to a non immunized person. _

. This comment isn't meant to discourage vaccinations, nor to disparage their value; only to revive awareness that the only health a vaccination protects is your own. In other words: vaccines don't sanitize your body; it remains toxic, and spreads germs everywhere you go; germs that are fully...

. • John 5:19-21 . . I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all He does. Yes, to your amazement he will show him even greater things than...
