Evidence from scholars and told you where to find pictures of the scriptures. It goes both ways, you could provide pictures of scriptures with titles before 250 AD

How do scholars know a Christian text is a true copy? As it is now museums are full of antient Christian texts as a whole or fragments. Those that date before 250 AD are thought to be closer to the originals. So how do they know what are true copies. 1. They do not have titles. 2. They know the...

Why titles came later The formal naming of works like “Gospel of Mark” or “Epistle to the Romans” developed as the canon was defined in the 4th century, especially after councils such as Nicaea (325 CE) and the work of church fathers like Eusebius. Before that, the same text could be called by...

No I am not talking about missing title pages and I am not going to take your homework. The readers can look it up for themselves. I have already given you what scholars say.....Titles and chapters, and verse numbers were added later. The New Testament books, including the Gospels, were...

You are definitely wrong. The good thing, the readers can look it up and know the truth.

I will let you do your own homework. There are pictures on the internet of texts in museums and there are books that have photographs of the existing old texts. It is obviously not my opinion.

Yeshua said.....Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect. Matthew 5:48 Was He kidding? Was He mistaken? Either way it has obviously caused some confusion. Why? Only God is perfect. Lets look at the words in the scripture... It is.....shall be therefore.......Which is...

See post 61. Sometimes the author identifies themselves as in the case of some of Paul's and John's writings. Of the four Gospels Luke is the most likely titled correctly. In the Gospel of John he refers to himself as the most beloved and that would lack humility. So it was probably written by...

The real fact is that the older texts do not have titles.

Keep telling yourself that. There is no place like home! There is no place like home!

I love Christians and stand and worship with many denominations, and non of them are perfect. And I speak against many of Ecumenical Council's decisions, which on this forum can get you in trouble. There are false beliefs that the Catholics started that the Protestants swallowed hook line and...

Find a scripture that says the true religion or the true truth will happen 1500 years in the future. What were Christians to do for that 1500 year period? Yeshua endorsed the Roman Catholic Church, did He endorse the 30,000 Protestant denominations? Catholics and Protestant worship Yahweh...

Ya, God bless you, I know you don't like the Catholics. Don't waist your time belittling them to me. I love Christians. Which of the 30,000 Protestant denominations do believe in?

You are right. Catholics are saved Christians and Protestants are saved Christians. The modern Catholic Church is a good church, particularly after Vatican II. The Catholic Church has a horrible history with gruesome atrocities. Most of which the Church has officially apologized for. The sad...

buils? Yes, shrines all over the world that are associated with miracles, that is a good thing. And Marian altars in churches and Marian altars in homes, that is a good thing.' How many more pictures of Marian altars with people kneeling in front of them with their hands folded in prayer do you...

Don't be too wowed. He doing a play on words. If they have a stature and a table and people on their knees praying.....it is an altar. Not that I am condemning Marian altars.

Clarify.

I did not watch it; Like I said, He may have an opinion that tongues are no longer valid or gibberish, but he cannot produce scriptures to that effect. It kinda depends on where you get your beliefs, the scriptures or some dud behind a podium. This topic is pretty cut and dry. The scriptures are...
