    Dream And Vision Interpretation

Interesting, I hadn't considered linking the two parts of the dream. I also haven't experienced this yet. This dream happened shortly after I started walking with God, but he does say he will make known the end from the beginning. After reflecting on the dream I thought I made a mistake...

We wouldn't want that, then you might be coerced into believing. I'm glad you were lying about taking pascals wager from way back at the beginning of this discussion, at least you'll have this life to enjoy. I'm closing this topic, it no longer serves a purpose.

Not toying, it is the truth. Even bad things are to our benefit, and it has been so with far worse things than loosing a toe. "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

Did you consider thanking God for losing your toe? Think of how much more time it gives you to seek him instead of running around.

What? And deny you the opportunity to receive the reward for earnestly seeking God for yourself? "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."

    Dream And Vision Interpretation

I had a dream back in 2005. I saw a bunch of cartoony looking skeletons walking around in an arid place. God without bodily form had brought me there to show me that, I asked him a rhetorical question "Who will save them?" I was then brought to the top of a very tall futuristic looking...

The website uses a very generous standard for what is a Christian. Someone who believes in Jesus Christ as their savior. We don't even reject Jehovah witnesses or Mormons. You clearly do not fit the bill, and if your friend asked you would say you're not Christian.

    Do you pray in tongues?

Amos 3:7 Surely the Sovereign Lord does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets. This isn't good news.

Don't read too much into it. When I said "the reason for our belief" I was referring to 1 Peter 3:15. The reason for belief is always going to be a personal testimony of some sort. It isn't something gained by conceding God exists in a debate with Christians, but due to direct efforts by God.

Someone asked you if you want to become a Christian and you flipped a coin? The reason for our belief is our testimony. Each of which magnifies the Lord.

An interesting question, and I think it deserves more reflection. Disbelief is the default position, but only when someone says something disagreeable. For example, if I said you are an intelligent person would you be inclined to question yourself or believe me? Perhaps you would ignore the...

    According to Christianity

If I could prove to your satisfaction that God does exist, you would have heard it already. But if God provided evidence and the eyes to see it to those who wouldn't want him as Lord, that would be coercion. God gives everyone the opertunity to disbelieve. You say you believe and you...

A poor definition. Free will is synonymous with voluntary. It should be independent of any moral judgement. If someone walks off a cliff that is free will, if you push them that isn't free will. If you're invited to a dinner but refuse to eat, that is your problem.

What would be antithetical to love is no choice, and condemnation for all. That is where we would be without Jesus' sacrifice. There are immutable qualities about God's holiness. This is demonstrated in the parable Matthew 22:11-13

Others have answered the first question. Regarding blasphemy, Matthew 12:32 is clearer in showing a distinction between blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and other kinds of blasphemy. It isn't something to worry about.

    Meh

Agreeing with stranger. We don't need to know everything. Right now it is sufficient to know Jesus. I trust he will provide everything else I truely need. But you look for excuses to dismiss everything these people tell you. So you see disagreements about any subject as ignorance about...

    Meh

Yes, regarding essential matters of the faith. So it must follow that not everyone who claims to have the Spirit actually does. That or they are immature and have yet to be corrected. The bible also mentions there are disputable matters, these must be of lower importance to God.
