In verse 15, Peter is admitting that Paul received wisdom (mystery) that he didn't, and Paul's account of Jesus's salvation (gospel) is correct. In verse 16, Peter says Paul's epistles contain these mystery's. The result is Peter working with Paul in Antioch and Ephesus and Rome.

I did. read 2 Peter.

The old wineskin represented the Mosaic Law and the new wine represented the age of Grace. The Mosaic Law was a works law. The age of Grace is not, you cannot work for it.

Peter and Paul both ended up working together for the same gospel and both ended up in Rome. Peter first preached to the gentiles (Acts 15:14) and Paul was the apostle to the gentiles So, they had a common bond. At first, Peter preached John's baptism and Jesus' salvation but soon changed. Peter...

In the churches I've served in, the pretty girls and ladies got the attention of guys and the jealousy from women. But the pretty ladies usually didn't think they were pretty. I wonder if that was your case.

If you can't describe something, it does not exist. Free-will doctrine-what does it? It magnifies man into God. It declares God's purposes a nullity, since they cannot be carried out unless men are willing. It makes God's will a waiting servant to the will of man, and the whole covenant of...

Then describe "free will". Give me a definition of the term.

Minister here. When they stopped congregational singing, that was the beginning of the downfall. Remember the Music director leading worship from the Hymn book and the congregation singing? Next they get rid of the Choir robes, and some got rid of the choir. Then the world entered in, the...

Fentanyl comes in through Canada and Mexico. Just to be clear, we need to stamp out the plague of cheap drugs coming into the USA from China. Canada and Mexico are guilty of not enforcing their border. Trudeau is another open boarder fool that allows terrorists to enter and take advantage of a...

Jesus said repent (Accept Jesus as Savior) or perish many times. John 3:16 for instance. In Luke 13:1-5 - About this time Jesus was informed that Pilate had murdered some people from Galilee as they were offering sacrifices at the Temple. 2 “Do you think those Galileans were worse sinners than...

I've seen my guardian Angel and I've seen another also that waved at me. God opened the spirit world to me. I can't be the only one that have seen angels. But in churches I've been too, I believe Christians are scared to tell their story, unable to defend themselves if ridiculed.

I didn't like Lennox either. I went on an old building that had a Lennox rooftop. It was the biggest they made back then. You could live it in it. You carried a set of circuit boards for Lennox to service them. Carrier had the same type of system, but they didn't fail much and were serviceable...

Jeremiah himself was not believed by the King of Israel. Kings of Israel had false prophet's and Priests they hired because they could not sway the real Priests and Prophet's. Jeremiah was cast into a mire dungeon because the King did not like what God said through Jeremiah. Jeremiah 38:6. In 1...

Matthew 3:11-12 and Luke 3:17 are both about separating the righteous (wheat) from the wicked (chaff). Jeremiah 23:24 -32 compares the dreams and lies of false prophets to chaff, which is of no value, and contrasts them with the Word of God, which is like wheat.

I had an unrestricted HVAC license for 30 years. I worked on Chillers and boilers in large buildings, but had to tackle heat and air problems in commercial buildings. I have some stories to tell, also.

There is no such thing as free will, only God's will. You're talking about freedom of choice.

I don't know about that. I drank coke all my life up until a few years ago. I knew coke changed its sugar, and so did alot of people, I saw the coke rep on Tv saying nobody could taste the difference. But that Mexican coke tasted just like I remember it from drinking it from the 5-cent bottle...

then under the same act Donald Trump can undue whatever the current president does.

I believe in the last month of any Presidency; the current President must sit down with the incoming President to make decisions on a national level. For instance, a lame duck president cannot ask congress to declare war.

Once again, awards become garbage again, just like the Nobel peace prize Obama got for doing nothing. Awards are worthless.
