A list of qualities of life. 1. The price for a brand new 3 bedroom brick home with a nice yard was $150k. Torrance , Ca. Would cost 5-6 times that. 2. Conservative state. 3. Economy 4. MANY great cities, clean and safe. 5. Clean air, more land, space, much less congested, less traffic. LA &...

Wonderful, I wasn't implying that you were a JW, just suspected others might read this post. No need to get angry. I put up trees and decorated them when my daughter was growing up. I am retired now, got rid of all my stuff when I moved out of California and retired. I haven't had a tree for 5...

"All Israel will be saved", they call themselves Jews. They don't know what tribes they are from, but God does. In Rev. 7 & 14 we see 144k virgin males, 12k from each tribe, sealed before the harm comes to the earth in the Great Tribulation.

There is a remnant 1/3 Jewish population that will be saved in the End Times, the rest I would agree with you. Romans 11 confirms this: "I say then, God has not rejected His people, has He? Far from it! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin." (vs. 1)...

You are missing the point. My point is simply people _ sometimes _ are unable to turn from sin!!! They are slaves to it. So I gave examples: people on drugs, alcoholics, and worst case scenario, being possessed by a demon. If you told a demon possessed person to repent, he could not by himself...

I think both. 1. God told Adam and Eve, "but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die." Gen. 2:17 They did not physically die, they spiritually died. Spiritual separation from God is what happened, physically...

We have the Nativity story in the Bible. It's very descriptive. When Jesus was born, where He was born and who was there. Angels, shepherds and others gathered and worshipped Jesus and wise men traveled far to give Him gifts. In the 4th century, gift giving was done by a real Saint Nicholas who...

That depends how you would define love. Do you get up in the morning and wash, eat, go to work so you can have money to pay for the roof over your head? Do you put a band aid on your cut finger or just let it get infected? When you are sick, do you do something about it, go to the doctor, take...

Some are unable to turn from sin. They are drug attacks, slaves to lusts of the flesh and cannot stop. So they turn to God for help. He helps them, leads them to salvation, breaks that bondage of sin that they could not do themselves. Haven't you heard of people be healed by God? That is what...

Israel was chosen to be the test and example for humanity and they failed over and over again because they could not keep the Law. Today, the Jews live by the Law, turn from sin, try to live holy and what does that do for them - without Christ? If they live by faith, will Christ's cleansing be...

As I have said, we learn, receive comfort, hope, warnings and perspective, etc. ... death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye ... >>> O house of Israel? This is directed at Israel who were under the Law. They were judged by the Law. The wages of sin is death...

I put into practice all that is in the New Covenant - the Old Covenant is not mine. The Law and the Prophets were a school master, a pedagogue pointing to Christ and His New Covenant with us. "Now, therefore, why are you putting God to the test by placing a yoke on the neck of the disciples...

Jesus is our only hope. But make no mistake, all throughout history God formed empires, nations and appointed leaders in ALL OF THEM FOR HIS PURPOSE. Yes, please do read your Bible: Romans 13:1-2 We all need Jesus but we cooperate with God while living in this world. If men just remained passive...

Depends on what doctrine you are talking about. If you want to examine anything about salvation, you look to the New Testament. The Old Testament contained a shadow of Christ concealed. You can find Jesus (as Lord and Messiah) all through the Old Testament. He is more revealed in the New...

Trump was a very capable leader, some say the most productive since Lincoln. If you listen to CNN, NBC, or other main stream media and believe what you here, you will either hate him or think like you do. His personality has flaws, but it is not so much as what he says, it has been what he said...

It is promised when you ASK for it: "If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? Luke 11:13 It is also interesting that no one can come to the Father unless He first draws them. But...

I use that photo in another Forum. I really think that is what Jesus looks like. How could a little 4-year old Girl get visions of heaven and Jesus (with Atheist Parents mind you) and then have this prodigy talent to paint that portrait at 7 years old? And then Colton Burpo confirmed it in that...

It is interesting that the Arc was symbolic for being "in Christ", saved from destruction. However it is not until after Jesus resurrection was anyone saved and specifically when they receive the Holy Spirit Here again, be baptized, as an obedient act, symbolic of the washing of sins, in order...

Spiritually we are cleansed and dead to sin, we are no longer slaves to It, but it still dwells in the members if our flesh. This is how and why people backside into their old ways/habits. This is why we are still sinners - though we have been forgiven, hence the paradox. Paul taught this...

Just byfaith, When you had this disagreement with this person, you should have used post resurrection and Pentecost scripture to argue your point. OLD Testament scripture pertaining to the repentance, was under the Law. Even John the Baptist was considered the last Old Testament Prophet, who...
