Peter does not refer to the transfiguration as a vision here. 2 Peter 1:16 -KJV- For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. 17 For he received from God the Father honour and...

And then, what will Russia do, launch small nukes to decimate Ukraine. Russia will do this unless Trump gets in office first. There is hope for peace right now. Biden is not doing anything, he done. Somebody else is doing this.

If the house was built before 1980, it was lead solder. Silver came after, but slowly integrated. All copper oxidizes. If you run the water after a long period and brown water comes out first, that's the copper. Especially on the Hot water side. Pex lines are normal now for potable drinking...

I agree with most of what you said until the last part. I don't read about the temple in the verses provided. The Apostle Paul was writing to Thessalonica, which is a Greek city with no temple or alluded to.

I think you are saying that you and I both grew up in houses with galvanized, lead solder, pvc, and copper lines. All which are unhealthy. Lets not forget the lead paint and asbestos floor ,and or, ceiling tile. But we are alive to tell about it, and my doctor can't find any effects.

I disagree. I've witnessed it.

The difference is more between the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the filling of the Holy Spirit.

But Peter said it was a vision this time, and yes, I've had visions, some are dream/visions. Peter was let out Jail by an Angel and Peter thought it was vision at that time, until after but it was real.

Only in School, not in Church's or the home. What would you rather have, some or none. Its hard enough to find a church that preaches against sin.

Its the same there as here. It depends on where you go. If you go to Los Angelas, you won't see much in common, if you visit Massachusetts, you'll see a lot in common. If you visit the Florida, its different country.

Matthew 17. When Jesus says don't tell anyone this "vision". Don't think of this as visions and dreams, but as Jesus says to tell no one what you have seen. Matthew 16. There be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom. The question...

The USA and England are connected. Maybe like brothers and sisters. Usually, the mood there is the same here and vice versa. The trends there mirrors here and there. Music for instance. My ancestors came from England, and I have a family Crest to prove it.

This was the purpose of Britain's exit from the European Union. Germany is feeling it too. What Christians knew was a bad idea, liberals thought was a good idea. Face it, Britain has changed, immigration benefits' the population, not changes the population. Bring in the brightest minds, not just...

The USA is doing that right now. Iran has the largest and fastest growing Christian community in the middle east. Mosques are closing up big time. One missionary said it was easier to preach Jesus in the middle east than on the streets of the USA.

It is a multi- point approach to a society. Schools, and parents must re-enforce the same values. When I was young the parents of other children were looked after us and bad behavior was reported. Parents talked to each other. Now everyone looks the other way and says, "I'm glad that's not my...

Yes it is. Matthew and John were apostles. John 14:26 - But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

There is only one book that has the answer to eternal life, the bible of God's word. No, none other, religion has a book to show how to attain eternal life.

Jesus often left the other apostles and brought Peter, James, and John with them. The apostles stayed and Matthew recalled Jesus, Peter, James, and John leaving 6 days later to the mountain, then retold what Peter, James, and John reported. Remember we were only talking about the 6 or 8 days.
