Is the Gift of Salvation nullified by the consequences of refusal?

Some people call it a slippery slope [or a talus slope?] on which people walk. To stand still in on it is not possible. One must strive in his walk so as even to retain his current place in God. To walk too slow or to stop is to slide backwards or downward. To climb... how can anyone climb...

Is the Gift of Salvation nullified by the consequences of refusal?

So many arguments here as if by winning [according to man] we win all blessings that God has to offer or by losing [according to man] we lose the blessings and gain the curses [God's curses?]... As you say, my friend, it is time to praise and thank the glorious LORD!

1co 12:14 For the body is not one member, but many. 1co 12:15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 1co 12:16 And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 1co...

Tongues ( 'sign' gifts ) did/did not cease?

They have not ceased. I still speak in tongues daily. That which is perfect has not yet come in me... When and if it does, I suppose I will stop speaking in tongues. Give God the glory!

    Integrity

Job 2:3 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause...

    Why Are You A Christian?

If God specifically called you to do that, what else can you do? Always be led by the Spirit in all that you do or say. Without Him we can really do nothing...
