Salvation in the Old Testament? That would be a false belief.

Eunuch a man that has been castrated???? What translation do you think Philip was reading from?

I do not have Jewish beliefs....LOL Just the truths of the scriptures and the Old Testament is all about Jewish beliefs.

I did not say they got it right....talking about what is written and what they believed.

I did not pose that question. Yeshua is the Messiah. No one knows where the word Jesus came from, it just appeared in the 17th century around the time of Shakespeare. Further more there are no J's in the scriptures. Yahweh, Yeshua, Yob, Yacob, Yericho.

@covenantee @WPM The Messiah in Jewish Belief In Judaism, the Messiah (Hebrew: מָשִׁיחַ, Māšīaḥ, meaning “anointed one”) is a central figure in eschatology — the belief in the future redemption of the Jewish people and the world The concept originates in the Hebrew Bible, where kings and high...

A lot of violence and misery and death in the Old Testament but still... Ya someone was mistreated. Does it mention the word Messiah? Does it mention Yeshua's name? Does it mention His death? Does it mention His resurrection.

Most reader know it is common knowledge that there was no salvation in the Old Testament. You have not produced anything that suggests what you believe. A lot of scripture but nothing direct.

Show me the word cross.

True Israel in the Old Testament looked to Christ....Anointed one....the Messiah. A human warlord king that would free them from their oppressors.

You produce nothing to say what you are trying to insert into the scriptures.

Find the story of the cross in the Old Testament.

The faithful remnant of Israel converted to Christianity.

You have refuted nothing. It would be pretty simple if the scriptures said what you believe. The Jews believed in a human warlord king Messiah that would take out their oppressors. Yahweh never offered them Heaven as a reward. Yahweh never threatened them with Hell.

Ya someone was mistreated. Does it mention the word Messiah? Does it mention Yeshua's name? Does it mention His death? Does it mention His resurrection.

Again Mose did not know or think of Yeshua. Trying to mix Judaism with Christianity is a fool's folly.

Moses did not know or mention Yeshua.

Of all time? No. Judaism and Christianity are two different religions with two different goals.

So they drank a spiritual rock, how does that support your contention?

Again the Old Testament people knew nothing of the cross. And again, what would they have to look foreward to if they believed they would kill their Messiah.
