Is it time for Christians to become more accepting towards muslims in politics?

Metaphors aside, Liberal Christians believe they have moral superiority due to their support of social programs. They assume that the government will give more to the needy than those who give of their free will. Such assumptions reveal their low opinion for their fellow man, and gullibility...

Hi! I am new and would like to start a convo :)

I can agree that God sets the ethical standards we are held to. But I am also aware of biblical examples of how the letter of the law was broken by people, but yet they didn't do wrong. Two examples that come to mind are David and his men eating bread from the temple. The other was Rahab...

Hi! I am new and would like to start a convo :)

Isaiah 5:20 says: "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter." So this would mean God sets the standard, as otherwise those who redefine good and evil wouldn't be doing wrong.

satan a creature or man without God

In Jude I see a warning against being disrespectful to these beings. How does that work within the interpretation of symbolic persons?

    Do You Really "Have To?"

Some do make their witness ineffective by their conduct. But we can't assume that is the case for all Christians.

Have you ever been challenged to, say, call for a healing?

I've not been asked by an Atheist in response to a personal need that I recall. Mocking Christians takes a back seat to theirs or a loved one's afflictions, so I doubt they would ask insincerely if the need is real.

    Prayer vs. Advice

You are not the only ones I've heard experience the miracle of the multipling petrol. I don't think it matters the matter, God can multiply it.

    Watch out for angels

I remember someone years ago mention they prayed to be able to see an angel, rather it was for themselves or another I don't recall. The prayer was answered, the person witnessed a demon around the head of some homeless guy. I don't think they got what they expected.
