There are no scams. Only those who attack it. Don't me wrong, I'm not a KJV only. But every time I read a translation; I find errors. My latest was the LSB. I thought this would be the best translation ever. But it too uses critical text and had printing errors; missing words to complete a...

That's why I don't use the NIV. lol. There is a boatload of translation "mistakes" in the NIV. Revelation 22:16 KJV - I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. Isaiah 14:12 NIV How...

Hebrews 2:16 in the KJV says Jesus took on the seed of Abraham. Hebrews 2:17 says Jesus wanted to be like His brethren (the seed of Abraham). These two verses fit like a glove in the KJV, not so with all other translations.

Demon possession is real.

By the way, now read Hebrews 2:17 in any translation and it matches Hebrews 2:16 KJV perfectly.

I have found that over the years of using the NKJ and other translations, the KJV has always been proven right, and stand alone most of the time. I see the same Greek texts repeated in all the translations but not in the KJV. Hebrews 2:16 - For verily he took not on him the nature of angels...

Because they were multiplied, there was not joy. The Israelites didn't care if there was more of them, only the joy of the harvest and plunder (dividing the spoils).

Hey my friend, it sure matters what translation you use. Remember that TNIV you had. I've only found the KJV to be inerrant. Check out what I found about the NKJV. Isaiah 9:3 Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy before thee according to the joy in harvest, and as men...

There is just one type of believer. Ephesians 4:3-5 - endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and...

I described your security as Christ's own and Christ's own in a congregational setting. As an ambassador, we have a duty to the assembly of believers. There are not two sets of believers, just your inability to see that.

The NLT is a solid translation that should be used by all. Why? Because the original Greek was common language, and Jesus wants us to read in a common language. After all, I've never heard any pastor speak in olde English. I say preach in common language and teach in common language.

Jesus cares about His sheep, His own that know Him. The day your received Salvation, you became His and an ambassador of Christ. Jesus does not care about denominations or liturgy or popes, Jesus cares about His own, individually. He guides the path of life of His sheep. You may join a church...

NO Church, no building, no denomination, no pastor, preacher, or pope can save you. God has sovereign control over all aspects of your salvation and receiving salvation. If you do not have a personal relationship with Jesus, you do not have salvation.

Your pride is in the way of Christ's gift of salvation. The hymn "I surrender all" is that basis. You pray to Jesus to save you, and you have to admit you are a sinner, and you are nothing. When you heart is for Jesus, He will save you. The parable of the Pearl of a great price. says, you find a...

We are children of God only because of Jesus, the first fruits, the sacrificial lamb. You had to believe on Jesus so as to not perish, then you became a child of God. "For God so loved the world, He sent His only begotten son, Jesus, so that whosoever believes on Him should not perish but have...

Wait until we see all the booing Swift will get at a football game, because of her democratic support. Her agent should tell her to renounce all politics, or it will hurt her image in the long run. Dixie Chicks?

I might buy it. Between the Tree of Life and the CJB I've got a lot of what I need covered.

The CJB is written by Stern. More a paraphrase though. Its great for Old Testament reading.

I read the book of Ruth (Rut) using the Complete Jewish Bible and the book of Ya"akov (Jacob) aka. James, using the Tree of Life bible.

I read through Ezra, Nehemiah, and Esther this week and began Genesis, using the Legacy Standard bible.
