What's the weather like where you are?

This is an extreme weather event for Victoria, New Zealanders might laugh at it though lolz. Snow at "proper low" elevations is a rare thing, sea level snow is almost impossible for Victoria, but has happened a few times. They might call snow at MT Dandenong low level snow, but really MtD is...

What's the weather like where you are?

@marksman @Cristo Rei @Scoot @Backlit Only 2.6c in Laverton, Victoria and 3.4c in Avalon, Victoria, if any precipitation falls right now I am thinking very low level snow, close to sea level.

What's the weather like where you are?

@Cristo Rei @marksman @Scoot @Backlit Well it was a bit disappointing what the weather bureau were making it out to be for this part of Victoria at least. Didn't check with the binoculars, but there was only a little bit of snow up the top of a 1000m+ mountain by 8:45am it disappeared quite...

Yep just heard it last week, people driving long distances just to go order something from Maccas. Someone also driving from Melbourne to Ballarat to exercise.

Well hopefully we all wake up to some snow tomorrow. :D

@Cristo Rei I think some European countries weren't even allowed to leave their homes for exercise during a lockdown. At least we still have the freedom to take a walk away from home for one hour a day.

Ah well if New Zealand could get through a stage 4 near total lockdown, we can do it too. Hopefully we all wake up to snow tomorrow morning, that would be a highlight.

What's the weather like where you are?

I saw it's now down to 300m in Western Victoria in the latest forecast, with possible sea level snow in Tasmania, so possibly the whole of Tasmania might see some snow tomorrow.

God choose Trump to Save the USA from Destruction.

Here you go @Cristo Rei we were nearly given 3 weeks to get our votes in at the last federal election. Election day was May 18th, 2019, Early voting centres opened at April 29th, 2019.

God choose Trump to Save the USA from Destruction.

You are allowed to vote at pre-polling booths, and I think that might be 3 weeks before election day, would have to double check though, that's what I try to do, the lines during election day are too long anyway, I think I may have voted on election day in 2019 though, as we had moved location...

@Cristo Rei @marksman @Scoot @Backlit do any of you live on a mountain or hill? If you do get snow remember to share some pictures. :D

What's the weather like where you are?

Snow forecast maps for 10am Tuesday and 10pm Tuesday night, at the moment snow is forecasted down to 400m for Tuesday into Wednesday morning I believe, if we are lucky might even be in for a chance for snow flurry here at home, but it would have to fall down to 230m asl, it's not impossible...

The Yarra Junction Woolworths rush before stage 4 restrictions come in, the premier has declared a state of disaster which starts from 6pm tonight, not allowed to travel more than 5km from home for exercise or shopping and no more golf or fishing in the Greater Melbourne region.

Why Are Masks Triggering Conflict and Rage?

Left or right, both sides should be doing whatever they can do to prevent more lives being lost.

Why Are Masks Triggering Conflict and Rage?

In Victoria, Australia, anti-maskers cop it from the police, politicians, the left and the right. ;) But there are still some that are anti-maskers and there seems growing number (especially from the right, but there have also been a few from the left too) that believe in conspiracy theories...
