LOL. God is a warrior in practice, not just theory.

Projecting. Buy a sword. Give to government what is government‘s (including military service, such as killing enemies) is what you are disobeying.

So, total abdication of responsibility of you or other human beings personally doing justice as Micah 6:8 commands.

See how you hide your pacifist ideology behind belief in Christ and obeying him? I never said believing in Christ is nihilistic. I said your pacifism is nihilistic.

In contrast to God is compassion?

Cool! I don’t care what your private interpretation of God’s word is.

Amen

1st, you have to keep things in context and perspective. Things were a mess when Trump came into office. And many times to fix things you have to make a mess. I've had huge wasp nests appear seemingly overnight on my property. To make things safe for the grandkids, I had to do a lot of killing...

War is bad. Water is wet. These are true no matter what the thread topic is. Two things can be true at the same time. Most people have more than 1 interest.

I've always rejected OSAS. While there are many NT proofs, I came across in my devotional reading an OT reference. Jeremiah 16:5 For thus says the LORD: Do not enter the house of mourning or go to lament or bemoan them, for I have taken away my peace from this people, says the LORD, my steadfast...

In my view, the word has been mistranslated as love. It should be translated compassion, which is universal. Love is a natural response to virtue. We love virtue in others. We love it when our sports team win. Our loyalty to them is shown in when they loose, we proclaim, "they stink." When they...

Really? The international community with wars all over the place was great before Trump took office?

Nope. Jesus wouldn't violate the law by crossing the border. How do we know? Because heaven has a gate and very strict immigration rules. tsml

Hmmm. Just because one can handle being attacked does not mean they are not being attacked.

A friend of mind observed there is also such a thing as the Angel's Advocate. Odd that this does not get as much play. angel's advocate (plural angel's advocates or angels' advocates) (idiomatic) Someone who sees what is good about an idea and supports it. Antonyms devil's advocate

I'm not sure what you are referring to about the reasons we hoped for when we voted for him. I hired him to do what he's doing and what he says is the cherry on top. Two things can be true at the same time. People voted for the outsider Trump because of wide recognition on both sides of the...

There is no Group b. It's not that Trump is perfect. It's that it's not about him. This is why all the attacks against the man has failed. The establishment elites have failed the American people. FULL STOP I prefer an outsider. On the Left is RFK Jr. and that Sports announcer, Stephen A Smith.

That's quite the compliment in these parts. You've inspired me to learn more about him. Thanks! :gd

Hence, the observation of personal attack. Where is your data of competing facts from what he presented?

No. Drinking alcohol is not a sin. The Fruit of the Spirit is self-control. If you don't have the Spirit or Faith, then much of what one does is sin.
