    Yes. A lost person is spiritually dead, cant do anything spiritually towards God ! Only after a person is saved from their spiritually dead state can they act towards God

    I know what faith is. It's promised the just shall live by faith. Those Christ obeyed for are made just or righteous. They all will be born again and given the gift of faith.
