I am praying for you brother!

Joh 17:20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; Joh 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

Praying for you.

Ultimately, is not God's will prevailing for those who love Him? To go against God is to fight a losing battle. Should we not go as Jesus went here? Mt 26:39 ...O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

Is there a difference between being dead to men and being dead to God?

Heb 12:7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? Heb 12:8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

Well might some people be in error? Might you or I also be in error in our thinking. Going to the lowest room daily, for me, then is the answer.

The verses I quoted were Jesus' words! Can we believe them? If the conditions are met, will not the blessings be given? Am I anyone's judge to say, yea or nay, with regard to the final reward or punishment of anyone? God has not at this point given me that job for all of mankind.

@MatthewG Can anyone be saved to the kingdom of heaven? Mt 5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven Mt 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven Mt 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one...

Nothing more to say here...

God want us to be free from sin and the ways of men which when followed lead us to sin. This means less of us and more of Him: He must increase, but I must decrease. John 3:30 There are shadows and there is Reality. The latter is God. Men who have not come to know God have no...

If our will becomes equal to God's will, how could it ever be a living hell? God does not change, but we need to change... to become more like Him. And the final result for us should then be this: 1jo 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we...

Give God the glory!

So then when and if we, you and I, become like Him, do we also become God? Joh 17:20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; Joh 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in...

1co 1:25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 1co 1:26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 1co 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the...

What is a blessing? Without my glasses I am near-sighted being able to read my Bible. Is that not a blessing? Without my glasses I am unable to legally drive as the traffic signs are often blurred to where I cannot read them. With my prescription lenses I cannot read all of the traffic signs...

Praying for them.

Is not the following an example of a second blessing: From blindness to flawed vision to clear vision? Mr 8:23 And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. Mr 8:24 And he...
