WHAT IS MEANT IN HEBREWS SAYING THERE IS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS?

This is what you liked me to: [Matthew 15:22-23 KJV] 22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, [thou] Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. 23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came...

    Can the Bible contain mistakes?

Do you read what persons post?? Did I say I was not familiar with ALL of the problems you proferred... or just one? I SAID THAT THE "errors" as you call them... are not significant. Why are we discussing Genesis? Did you read my post? And WHO did I say the gospels or letters had to be...

    Can the Bible contain mistakes?

Wow. Since you're not responding to what I posted,,, I cannot respond to you. And your information is not all correct either.

    Can the Bible contain mistakes?

I tell you today, makes no sense and I do believe this redering has been discarded. The ending of Mark is also found in the other gospels so no problem there. I'm not familiar with John 1:18 so I have no comment. Just to say that there is no IMPORTANT difference in any of the NT writings...

    Can the Bible contain mistakes?

ANY theological belief. Wes Huff and even Bart Ehrmann have stated that the differences/errors have no bearing on any theology...they change nothing...the are irrelevant. It would be interesting, if you could, to show some scripture re the trinity that is different from another...or...

    Can the Bible contain mistakes?

I agree with all of the above. Some believe God actually wrote the bible - very different from having inspired the writings. 1. Re the copy errors, it's my understanding that there are errors but they do not change any theological belief. 2. I see the language as being a problem...as...

    Can the Bible contain mistakes?

    Can the Bible contain mistakes?

Was the Council of Nicea in 325AD not valid in your opinion?

WHAT IS MEANT IN HEBREWS SAYING THERE IS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS?

What are you saying Doug? That YOU are right and I am wrong? Because I do not agree with you? You think that if I read an article of yours, I'll change my mind? That's rather a prideful statement to make in a conversation.

WHAT IS MEANT IN HEBREWS SAYING THERE IS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS?

This is what Paul and Jesus taught. 1. belief in God. 2. obedience to God. What do YOU think the gospel is? Do you believe they taught a different gospel? So one of them would be anathema?

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

Here is the part when Stephen was stoned: Acts 7:56 56 and he said, "Behold, I see the heavens opened up and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God." I would suppose that with all the studying you've done, you might understand what THE SON OF MAN means in scripture. Or you could...

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

Yes Auntie Jane. Again YOU are making up new definitions, changing the meaning of words. The Body of Christ is not here now.... yadda yadda. Creation came THROUGH HIM but not FROM HIM. John doesn't seem to know what he was talking about. All very interesting ideas. That do not interest me.

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

I'm sorry you don't understand God Aunty Jane. And, unfortunately, YOU don't get to describe Christianity... nor does Charles Russell. You see, if you want to define yourself as Christian, you MUST accept Christian tenets... otherwise you simply are not Christian. It's kind of like saying...

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

So I guess we can't know what happened BEFORE the BEGINNING. That solves the entire problem ! There could be 10 gods for all we know. God just chose not to reveal them to us.

WHAT IS MEANT IN HEBREWS SAYING THERE IS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS?

I posted, at least 2X, how Jesus stated He had other sheep to bring into the fold. I also posted about how Paul speaks to this in Romans 9. We're repeating now.

WHAT IS MEANT IN HEBREWS SAYING THERE IS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS?

Some would disgree with you. Some believe Jesus taught works and Paul taught grace. They actually both taught the same.

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

Whoa! This is why I dislike discussing the Trintiy/Godhead. So much nuance in your post,,,I wouldn't know where to begin. Let's make it easy: THERE IS ONE GOD IN THIS ONE GOD THERE ARE 3 DISTINCT PERSONS,,,CO-EQUAL THEY SHARE THE SAME NATURE (DIVINE ESSENCE) AND WILL THEY ALWAYS...

How did the Trinity doctrine develop in the early church?

Can we remember the names of any of them? I guess you forgot to notice that Revelation is speaking about Jesus. Did you not know that the 3 Persons of the Trintiy speak to each other? This might be due to the fact that you don't accept the Trinity. Oh my. Was Jesus a Person of dignity? Thomas...
