Right. The Sabbath was actually the sign of the Old Covenant Ten Commandments. It had to be kept by the letter of the law. The New Covenant commandments would be nothing without Jesus. That is why they are found in 1 John 3:23. I like to add 24 because Christians must abide in Christ, and He in...

Pilate was the governor. He didn't want to execute Jesus. Why are some Christians always looking for some way to disobey Scripture and rebel against it with their human reasoning, instead of guided by the Holy Spirit?

So you must keep the 7th day Sabbath? Is that why you want to keep the Old Covenant commandments? Read 2 Corinthians 3:6-11 6 who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. 7 But if the...

This is unbelievably wrong. Romans 6 says the wages of sin is still death, so the penalty is still there. What is different is the true meaning of Grace. It is not getting away with murder. It is the divine power of God given to us to start making us like Christ, and no longer sinning in the...

Grace, it appears by the order of these two, you believe that glorification is after death and resurrection. No, that is NOW. Those who are born again have been cleansed of their past sins, and given the Holy Spirit to give us the fruit of the Spirit, and the power to commit no sins of...

Not unless it isn't dead. Not only do we need to examine ourselves to see if we still have the old carnal desire to sin, which makes us unsaved. But also make sure we have the power of the Holy Spirit indwelling in us that creates a new nature that partakes of the divine nature of God. Ronald...

Actually, the Ten Commandments were fashioned after Love, but could not measure up. The New Covenant Commandments actually do. In fact, they are harder than the surface commandments of the Old Covenant. But easier in that the indwelling Holy Spirit causes us to keep them.

I've had many bosses that were gay seeing as I was in the entertainment industry in California. And here in Tennessee also. I never brought it up and didn't treat them like anyone with horns and a tail. But I never hid that I was a devout Christian, but they appreciated that I never made them...

The pillar of fire or smoke were not inside the people. They were there AMONG them. If you want to accept that the pillar of fire was inside the people, I won't stop you. But someone needs to send the men in white coats for you.

Here is another mistake. Haven't looked at commentaries on this one though. Mistake: (I usually prefer these, except for Gal. 5:17 and this verse, because the modern versions below that are correct here, removed verses. I want all of God's Word I can get, and believe the Epistle of Barnabas is...

Romans 8:1-9 says that we are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if the Spirit of God indwells us. And if the Spirit of Christ does not indwell us, then we do not belong to God. Also, in verse 2 it says that the law of the SPIRIT of life in Christ has made me FREE from the law of sin and...

No. Render unto Cesar the things that are Cesar's, and unto God the things that are Gods. Allegiance, is recognizing the authority that God has placed on kings and queens and other rulers like Presidents. Romans 13: Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no...

God existed long before Mary was born. She was the mother of the human side to Jesus, but God was His Father, not His mother, and it is the Father that made Jesus God, not Mary. Can you honestly say this is not the actual truth, and can now confirm that Mary is not God, nor had a DNA part to...

At one time I thought I knew you, but then you agreed with someone who was completely engulfed in a doctrine of demons, so I asked you about it many times to confirm what you believe. Over and over you couldn't see that only the words of JESUS are truth, not these false doctrines from the...

KJV 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Gal. 5:17 ESV 17 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the...

Yes. You've been infected with the negative aspects of some false teachings, but won't do anything about it.

I don't. Jesus took away my sin nature; I even felt it lift off of me. Ron, you have no idea how short time is, and you are right in the middle of "the falling away" from believing the words of Jesus. You look at other people and yourself and see that they are all sinning. Well, there are few...

It is almost frightening that you think God's level of acceptance is so low. No wonder Jesus will say to many, "I never knew you."

Of course it is admonishing us to moral excellence! You think God would accept anything less? Don't you know that without holiness, no man shall see God? Do you think you can truly love without morals?

You are not interpreting according to scripture. "I was alive before the law, but once the law came I died." It just shows that it would take tearing down the whole house of cards to rebuild what is real before you are even going to begin to learn. For one thing, you are not even trying to...
