The ever changing forked tongue theory of evolution

Some trust in science, and others in humanity. I trust in the Lord's word and his faithfulness.

    Are you a hypocrite?

I was considering some strange doctrines concerning willful sin that your question has helped me to identify for review. It isn't as relevant as I thought.to the weight of a sin. With one sacrifice Christ has paid for all sins, each of which would result in death, so sins are all equal in that...

    Are you a hypocrite?

A distinction is made for willful sins.

10 Myths Christians believe about other Christians

Good points. The article leaves room for different circumstances that I can agree with it. I wish everyone had the mental discipline to follow these.

The ever changing forked tongue theory of evolution

A dishonest car mechanic will try to scare you into fixing what isn't broken, or make use of used parts for the repair without your knowledge. It is unwise to implicitly trust any professional, because they are interested in making money. This applies to scientists too, there is a potential...

    Republican Party = Christianity; why?

I'll ignore your loaded questions and answer why Republicans are considered the Christian party as opposed to the Democratic party. Republicans chose to identify with Christians to appeal to the traditional family values among conservatives. The Democratic party has chosen to distance...

"Just Me and My Bible" = Narcissism?

Many errors in interpretation and false teachings could be avoided if only we consider the question: Has this been confirmed by two or three witnesses? And what you want isn't a valid witness.

The ever changing forked tongue theory of evolution

Can I assume you believe the theory of evolution is true, and personally believe that God created the process of evolution?

    Biblical literalism correlates with anti-science

To what end? They would only create more questions. The more you know the better understanding you have of our own ignorance. Fools think they can disprove the existance of God by providing an alternative explaination from their limited understanding.

What happen when we can print life?

Hydrogen peroxide can be quite hazzardus, but I assume your referring to dihydrogen monoxide; aka water. I doubt just anyone will get one of these printers, and they will be limited to organic compounds. However their use should be controlled, as it could be used to advance biological warfare.

Let God be true and every man a liar

I hope your right Stan. Since it is the Holy Spirit doing this leading, it means it must be on this side of eternity; as there would be no need for his leading on the other side. This is what I observe: I don't see very many people being lead into all knowledge, but I do see some people...

Let God be true and every man a liar

Romans 3:4 "Not at all! Let God be true, and every human being a liar. As it is written: "So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge." I want to say I appreciate the discussions here recently about the truth. See in the scripture above how when Paul was...

    Biblical literalism correlates with anti-science

What I don't see very often are people that say, "I don't know." I don't know if the rapture is going to be pre-trib, post-trib, or pan-trib. I don't know how creation can be 6K years old and carbon dating show things with an age > 50K years. I don't know if man is contributing to the changing...

    They saw us coming!

Luke 4:5 need not support the Idea of Satan being able to see the future. Even in that day the Kingdoms of the earth were many, and it would have taken a significant amount of time to visit them all. It is significant that Satan showed them to Jesus all at once, even if they were the present...
