I am not a coffee drinker, but the other evening, I had some keto ice cream with a little cold brew mixed in ...and I do mean a little (maybe 1/5 cup) ...that night, I had an episode of elevated heart rate for 2 hours. :( My heart and sympathetic system is too sensitive to caffeine. I have to...

Is this a topical magnesium? I've been reading through the thread and can relate to pretty much everything being shared here. *Was bedridden for a time due to extreme trauma and stress. *Heart arrhythmias *Episodes of elevated, pounding heart rate *Exhaustion One thing I know is that trauma...

Yet again .....anyone getting suspicious yet??

Yes, I raise my own chickens. I don't talk a lot about it bc I know the agenda to take away food security. I've talked to some people in the industry and they say they believe the BF is hyped way out of proportion. They haven't been seeing it. I did keto for 6 years and I was eating very...

You ought to try one month on a carnivore diet and see how you feel. Your hair and nails will grow like crazy, and some have reported it has reversed their gray hair. I had a few gray/white hairs that came on when my son Matthew was sick. I can't find them now. I've been 99% carnivore for 20...

Yes, she is ...carnivore since age 17. And before that, her mother couldn't get her to eat fruits and veggies so she didn't eat much and was super skinny ....aka, she fasted a lot. And then when she married, she and her husband only ate what they could hunt ...so again, she fasted some meals...

I think I'll stick with a carnivore diet. I wish I'd started 30 years sooner. This lady rancher is 82 years old and a 65 year carnivore!

I like those colors ...especially the bottom row ...and the fifth in the top row. lol Do you wear makeup on a daily basis? I wear makeup about once a week at the most. I go weeks without it sometimes. lol I do use a little mineral lip color now and then or Burt's Bees. lol And I use a...

Can you get another pet, @Ritajanice? Maybe you could raise up a kitten or puppy ....or both. (I do know what it's like to live alone in a house. I have done it at various times in my life.)

I am fair skinned, have blondish (more strawberry blond with blond highlights) hair, and blue eyes. When I was little, my hair was nearly white. I have always noticed that if I wear yellows, orange, maroon ...my eye color seems more blue. (Also, if I cry, my eyes seem bluer. lol ...how does that...

When our children are grown, it's time to move to the next phase. We still have ministry to those around us, keeping our relationship with God in a good place, growing in Him ...and He will lead where to go from there. For me, I have a sense of direction, but am also in a period of waiting...

There will be no peace ...

I watched some YT videos on it a few months or so ago but haven't followed it. Most of these wellknown evangelists and television networks/families are cult-paid and cult-run/controlled. You don't make it big in the system if you're not a "paying customer" or else, bloodline cult. SA and SRA...

I may watch this movie. No doubt, there is some truth in it, but also hiding the truth of where Mengele went after the war. He was brought to the US to help head up MK Ultra. He didn't die until around 1982, and was instrumental in my early programming. My main programmer, Michael Aquino, was...

Great post, brother @hldude33. I pray others read it. This is something I've had to walk out in my life, as God required me to face some very hard things in my history/life in order to bring healing and freedom.

Wow! Absolutely beautiful! God is so good!!!❤️

I want to elaborate on this. My dad was one of my abusers. I was abused in every way imaginable by multiple abusers from the womb. By the time I was age 10, I hated my dad. It's hard to explain ....because many times I would walk up to him and say, "I love you, daddy." His response was to turn...

Never heard this song before ...seems to have a deep meaning.
