No....and don't ask me any more because I don't understand it myself. I almost lost my faith when my husband died and when little Jack died. I had to really fight satan on this because my thoughts were full of those same questions you are presenting. My final conclusion was no matter what trial...

The Bible says that our faith will be tried/tested....that was the main message in Job. Why? To determine our sincerity of faith in that we have faith during times of plenty (blessings from God) and times of drought (the testing of our faith).

I really don't know how they first originated...sorry.

I know it is hard to understand for me as well but I can't question His Sovereignty.....just like Job said.....You have all power to give and to take away because all things belong to you. Did God give Satan permission to attack Job? Some pastors preach if you believe God gave Satan permission...

“You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me” (Exodus 20:5). “The Lord is long-suffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and...

The consequences of sin resulted in the curse of sin and death. The flesh became cursed to die and return to dust at the end of it's life. The person who presented those questions wrongfully claim God created sickness and disease....that is error. Sickness and disease is the manifestation of...

You are on a roll! Very edifying threads. Thank you!

The sins of the "father" are passed on to 4 generations.

I believe it because they are the head of the house.

Good post, thank you for sharing!

I cannot agree with you at all with this and at this point I find that your Ekklesia faith is full of religious bondage and has no fruit in it.... You dish out alot of labels on members here. That is not a fruit of the Holy Spirit that brings God Glory. I would hope that you would have been...

Not really, but thank you, I am so humble these days that I hate getting any glory for anything.....I want it all to go to God. I appreciate you sister for all your encouragement and for your strength to minister to others what you have experienced through trials and tribulations and miracles.

I won't even read any report written by those involved in false gods and mysticism.

Joseph this is trying to imply the medical profession is evil....I am an RN...we pray with our patients all the time. Toxins or drugs that hurt them? Hardly....there a hundreds of cases that without the right medication the person would have died. You are kind of legalistic in your thinking...

It isn't the topic....it is who wrote it. I looked him up and he is into self-discovery and self promotion through yoga and other worldly means.... But now you have me confused about your position on things. That's all I was trying to determine.....most everyone here is aware of the Gates and...

================================================================================ related to the beast system? Jeremiah 51:17 NASB: All mankind is stupid, devoid of ... Jeremiah 51:17 NASB: All mankind is stupid, devoid of knowledge; Every goldsmith is put to shame by his idols, For his molten...

Hi, Rita...IMHO...we must use wisdom about putting our faith to the test in such a way.....Jesus told Satan that it is written "Thou shall not tempt the Lord thy God" when Satan told Him to jump off that mountain and His angels would keep Him from any harm. So, again, IMHO, to put our faith into...

My growth came from a hunger for His truth. I would pray before I read the Bible...I would first ask for forgiveness of any sin, ask the Holy Spirit to prepare my heart to receive His Word and to open my eyes to see and ears to hear, then I would ask the Holy Spirit for any special reading for...

And on that note I bid you goodnight...sleepy.
