Excellent! This is what He seeks from us....that we become less of self and more of Him....that we completely surrender all claim to having any self-desires or lusts and to allow only His desire for us be our purpose in life to fulfill. Very well put brother! Just kind of went through that phase...

I feel the same as you but it did cause my faith to waver when He didnt answer my prayer requests....twice.....concerning healing.....when my husband was dying and when little Jack died. Most of the time I pray and intercede for others. I hardly ever pray for my own needs because I know He knows...

What do we need to specifically obey?

Ewwww...lol

Yes I have learned this lesson VERY WELL not too long ago. It almost tested me beyond my ability to continue to have faith in God to ever heal or perform miracles. I screamed at Him the day Little Jack died and said "what does it take to get a miracle from you....I prayed in faith believing...

Flesh is physical....to live in a physical world and be able to interact with it you need to have a physical body. And a spirit must use a physical body to operate through. Our spirit already existed with God but when the fall happened it created confusion in many. God being a Sovereign God...

From dust were you formed... And to dust shall you return... Therefore I don't dust... It might be someone I know!!!!

@Base12 ......a few months ago I was fellowshipping with God and out of the blue He told me that past, present and future co-exist. I have meditated on that for awhile now and the only way I can make sense of it is that they co-exist on different planes. And it even makes certain scriptures...

Many people are having anxiety issues over world events. Just Trust Him....everything is working together for good. What satan meant for evil God will turn it to good. I don't understand the enormous panic over this virus when in 2009 the Swine Flu infected over 22 million Americans and over 4k...

I have had this discussion many times....if the 6 days of creation were literal then the earth is VERY YOUNG in comparison to the rest of the universe and solar system. 6k years BC....and this is 2020 AD that equals a little over 8 thousand years. I have come to understand more about the 3 earth...
