You need to properly harmonize scripture with scripture before reaching your conclusion on doctrine instead of distorting and perverting passages of scripture in an effort to "patch together" your so-called gospel plan that culminates in works righteousness.

Luke 8:12 - Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. *What happened to baptism? John 3:16 - “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him...

Absolutely false. Excellent article on Acts 22:16 - Acts 22:16--Baptism Essential for Salvation? No scripture is to be interpreted in isolation from the totality of scripture. Practically speaking, a singular and obscure verse is to be subservient to multiple and clear verses, and not vice...

Let's not complicate the gospel. The eunuch was saved when he believed in Jesus Christ (compare with John 20:31) before he was water baptized. Water baptism is not a part of the gospel (1 Corinthians 1:17; 15:1-4) or the remedy for sin. Repentance is a change of mind and the new direction of...

Do you see conflict between the gospel of the kingdom (Matthew 4:23; 24:14) and the gospel that Paul preached which he received through a revelation of Jesus Christ? (1 Corinthians 15:1-4; Galatians 1:11-12) Do you believe these are two different gospels?

By believing the gospel we are trusting in the means of salvation and the Savior Himself.

Salvation is deliverance from sin and its consequences. The gospel is the "good news" of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) and is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that BELIEVES.. (Romans 1:16) To "believe" the gospel is to trust in the death, burial...

Again, although God's rest on the seventh day (Genesis 2:3) did foreshadow a future sabbath law, there is no Biblical record of the sabbath before the children of Israel left the land of Egypt. *Nowhere in Scripture is there any hint that sabbath keeping was practiced from Adam to Moses. Now if...

Whenever certain folks today set out to keep the sabbath day, are they truly "keeping the sabbath?" To "keep the sabbath" as it was required under the old covenant of law involved compliance with specific regulations (Exodus 16:23; 35:3; Leviticus 23:32; Jeremiah 17:21) that were strictly...
