All of my cats except one I adopted from my little street. They were all very good, nice cats. Now I'm 74 so don't want to adopt another one at my age. Also, now that Mom's passed on, only my income...so don't have to buy litter, etc. My last cat died last February...Miss Kitty. Found...

I was thinking maybe the dog's previous owners didn't really like her. So dogs are sensitive...cats, too. They can get sick if someone doesn't like them or abuses them.
