Did Jesus say that adultery is grounds for divorce? - Nope.

Give me a shorted version of your point….please.

    Biblical divorce

This verse is true. The Mosaic Law is still effect…..for Jews. Those in the New Covenant….new agreement….Good News are not under the Mosaic Law. If a Jew sells his daughter as a concubine, under the Mosaic Law he has not sinned. If a Christian father sells his daughter as a concubine he has sinned.

Did Jesus say that adultery is grounds for divorce? - Nope.

The “sons of God” were probably some type of angels. And they did more than impregnate women, they took wives. Of course the story is an enigma because it is short and leaves more questions than answers. And the guy that spilled his seed on the ground was probably killed because he was being...

Did Jesus say that adultery is grounds for divorce? - Nope.

Reading through the thread I noted people throwing around the word fornication. The word fornication is not in the scriptures….It is not a true theological word. The translators lumped a bunch of Greek words for various sexual sins into words like fornication or sexual misconduct. The word...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

As usual you are way too messed up for me or God or the scriptures to help you. Again you should start your own religion.

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Sharp as a bowling ball! So you think Yeshua and the Apostles and the early Christian writers were Catholic. When it comes to Yeshua and the Apostles and the early Christians writers you stand alone on this. And as a person that denies all that it would be fair say you are a heretic.

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Christ says the truth.... my opinion and your opinion does not matter. There is not even room here for interpretation as to what Christ said, what the Apostles believed and said, and what early Christian writers attested to. You are free to write your own Bible….that is what the Jehovah’s...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Have not mentioned anything Catholic. You need to keep your time periods straight. Again Christ said.....this is my blood.....not this is symbolizes My blood. This is My blood that I shed for the New Covenant. Even if Christ says it, you do not believe it. Maybe it would be easier for you to...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Wrong again. When describing it He said “truly truly. And when He performed the Bread and Wine Ritual He said “This is my blood…” Not… this symbolizes My blood. Paul understood the direct divine connection…. 23 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

When it came to something as important as salvation there is not too many riddles. From what Christ said, starting out with “truly, truly” there was no imaginary, no symbolic, no hyperbolic and salvation hinged on them doing it. Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of...

Is it possible to lose salvation?

Truly, truly, not obvious and certainly not what Christ explained or how those He was talking to took it. I know that there are those that think Christianity is symbolic. His disciples left Him over a symbolic meaning? transubstantiation or consubstantiation or cessationism

Is it possible to lose salvation?

    Your point?

Is it possible to lose salvation?

What Christ meant was that they had to perform the Bread and Wine Ritual. Now through the centuries there have been different interpretations of what He meant by to eat His body and drink His blood to be saved….Yeshua explained this in detail in John chapter 6…. 52 Then the Jews began to argue...

What do you think is the most common sin among Christians?

Yea know talking to you is so hilarious. Ignorance with attitude. I and others have given you a lot of scriptures and have tried to explain the truth to you, but you are impervious to it and I do not like repeating myself. Not only are your beliefs not biblical but they do not make any sense...

What do you think is the most common sin among Christians?

And the funny thing is, you do not think I know these scriptures. And another thing I know is that you have to take the scriptures as a whole. When you cherry pick through the scriptures you come up with a belief that is non-sense.

What do you think is the most common sin among Christians?

You are something between sad and funny.

Inspired or inspiring? - The case for biblical inerrancy and inspiration.

Post 22 like I said, what is wrong with believing the scriptures are inerrant and inspired? No thing. That is why they call it beliefs. I love Christians that look for accuracy and I love Christians that think that the world is flat. I stand with both, arms raised singing praises to the Lord. I...
