I have difficulty believing that souls will be damned to the Lake of Fire

Exposure!.....no, self exposure is intolerable to those intent and set on peddling the lie.

I have difficulty believing that souls will be damned to the Lake of Fire

Clever presentation indeed. Notice however the starting block, a request for money. Of course it's to advance the following message......very clever! I s'pose when Jesus got his ministry underway he used the same starting block? Whadya say?

I have difficulty believing that souls will be damned to the Lake of Fire

Any dictionary will tell you. It's as clear as day is day and night is night and is totally unnecessary to engage a juggling game in the attempt to make black mean white and white mean black by employing the same tricks (sleight of hand) the serpent did with Eve.

    The Seventh Seal

Yes you are quoting scripture......but do you realise this same scripture can apply to you? Soooo, if we can get beyond the quoting of scripture to accuse the other and try to find out or unravel the mystery which we both live in, we might make some headway. What do you say? I would start by...

I have difficulty believing that souls will be damned to the Lake of Fire

this text refers to angels who have not rebelled.....they are also sons of life. It does not mean the angels who rebelled are sons of the resurrection......check the context. The words 'destroy' or 'dead' are synonymous. They mean just that. I don't think that is difficult to understand. The...

    The Seventh Seal

You used the same line with me as you have here with Ronald Nolette in your post #41. Does that mean that any who disagree with you are wrong? Does it mean that you have the privileged position of 'right' and others don't? Why is it you pull this card and or refuse to engage when others points...

    The Seventh Seal

re 'One World Government'.....what do you do with Nebuchadnezzar's dream which Daniel interpreted, specifically Daniel 2:43 which says 'As you saw the iron mixed with clay, so the peoples will mix with one another, but will not hold together any more than iron mixes with clay.' I understand...

    New Covenant only for Jews?

Re your post # 905. You have quoted me saying something I haven't said......not that I disagree with brakelite's quote which you have attributed to me. Do I deduct this is how the Roman principle works?......attributes an authors words to others or puts words in ones mouth? :)

I have difficulty believing that souls will be damned to the Lake of Fire

Several reasons. The first one is that it is an unfounded assumption.....that needs unpacking. Secondly, the devil and his hordes will all come to a miserable end at the appointed time. You might look at Ezekiel 28.....yes, the whole chapter but in particular verses 18-19

    The Seventh Seal

@Keraz Your OP conflates information which is in itself not compatible. Using this method it is possible to make anything mean anything......and you do so to construct a subjective and biased picture. You have not stood back and questioned whether your interpretation of the texts you use are...

    The Seventh Seal

hmmmm, your comment on 'clues'. Have you not turned it onto me again when it applies to you? (projection) Re the Seventh Seal meaning......The seals are a package....messages of woe (suffering). The last seal (7th) is the response of heaven (silence). Post #11 is my brief comment....and...

    The Seventh Seal

This is your value structure which you are attempting to impose onto God. A bit presumptuous? The scripture does give us clues however if the clues are maligned or misinterpreted we step on shaky ground when we make God responsible.

    The Seventh Seal

I read your post to Keraz. The context is referencing what John observed in Heaven (the abode of God and angels and whoever else) The inhabitants were silenced for a short space. I see this as remarkable seeing I imagine Heaven being that of joy and praise, of song and gladness etc. When men...

What do you believe is the fate of elite, evil, Christians?

I think setting up a graded system which mirrors that of Earth's systems is fraught with problems. The Kingdom of God is of a nature at odds with the kingdoms of men. The Kingdom of God's centres around love expressed in humility. Humility is not to be weaponised as if it is lower position...

    The Seventh Seal

@Keraz, I will throw this into the mix, The book of Revelation opens with 'The Revelation of Jesus Christ....' Could we not deduct from this opening statement that a revealing is to follow; in fact a revealing of Jesus? ie, something extra/ extraordinary/ insightful?

I have difficulty believing that souls will be damned to the Lake of Fire

I would revisit the idea that spirits can not die.
  19. quietthinker

    The Seventh Seal

It's no cop out being objective Keraz. It allows one to question ones preconceptions and become aware of the eisegesis rampant in the interpretation of scripture. You claim exegesis but practice eisegesis. If you didn't you would have no issues with the principle and practice of objectivity...

    The Seventh Seal

I will ask politely.....where is your objectivity? You use the text to underpin your foregone conclusions yet the text addresses a different matter altogether. You are reading into the text what you want it to say. Secondly, your quote of Isaiah 29:9-12 as quoted below, (NIV) can equally be...
