@HolyMood Happy New Year!

Should we be following the smartest people rather than God? Who were the smartest people that have ever lived? Should we find out and follow them? Do we determine who they were in accord with an IQ test prepared and graded/analyzed by other men? Are your own beliefs a result of following...

As if being right or wrong on this question in the final analysis could or would matter for our end result with God...! Wrong question, wrong focus and a lot of wasted time chasing what? Why not rather seek what Jesus told us to seek first? "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his...

I understand that your point was to stop her from pronouncing even in ignorance what you consider a lie. My point was that anyone who has not yet overcome all of the world as Jesus did, is a liar in some measure now. That includes me and you! Don't people do this all of the time when they...

Praying that God have His will and keep her comfortable in this as well as ease the pain to family and close friends.

People do, but he did not. Should you put words in someone else's that they did not speak? I believe he disagrees with the purpose of your thread for reasons similar to my own. Don't you believe that asking him rather than accusing him without evidence of any kind would be better way to proceed...

Farouk, why did you presume he, @Desire Of All Nations , was thinking about Leviticus in what he posted? He was, I believe, talking rather about hearing God's voice today and following the lead of the Holy Spirit today. Can we using the written Bible and human logic outreason God when He is...

Praise His name! Give God the glory!

@JESUS'S warrior Praying for your brother!

LOL, no problem! Learning to laugh at myself was something I needed to do a very long time ago. Consider Isaac! [Isaac means "he laughs"] Often, I am very naive when it comes to jokes or joking. Others make jokes and/or laugh while I sit back and scratch my head unable to understand what there...

Ha... while not so intended, re-reading it now, I guess my question was loaded.

Praying for Salome!

Indeed, as it is written, every man is liar. But... then should we not be more careful with our pronouncements against others until and if we are certain we always as correct and perfect as God is?

Amen!

Be always blessed of God, sister!

@Nancy I just finished reading through all of this thread and was really blessed by people's thoughts and experiences. I will probably come by at a later time with some of my thoughts.

It was really very good, dear sister. I had not seen it before. What a mighty God we serve!

@Nancy When you have doubts like what you mentioned, just remember that if anyone really is "better" then God expects more from them. If you, without "tongues", make a 100% effort, but some tongue talker only works at 50%, will God not see that and judge fairly and accordingly? "Much is...

LOL! Or very simply go with a "666"! Who would believe us if we changed the sixes to sevens or eights? Is that which is on our skin necessarily that which God has written [if anything?] on our heart?

Amen! Perhaps not everyone can do as I strive to do. Each and every morning my purpose is to go to that lowest room [Luke 14:8-12] as empty as I am able of any and all preconceived notions or doctrines or beliefs. I do believe that without God's help even this is not possible, if we can only...
