I heard from Dr. Berg (yes, YouTube) that senior citizens shouldn't eat uncooked spinach because of the oxalates which causes kidney stones. I guess that's why the Bible says everything in moderation. Because most things seem to have some sort of bad effect.

Sounds like a fancy treat. The oils were an assortment... different ones for each type of nut and cranberries. But one usually only has a handful of nuts a day.

I bought a jar of Omega three mixed nuts with dried cranberries in it recently. Got it at Target... it's a good size and the price was good. Trying to get ideas for other healthy snacks.

When I owned a car (automatic), that stick on the steering wheel just let you shift from park to drive or reverse. Once you are in drive, you don't need to do anything... unless you want to reverse.

The males are the ones with the fancy tails. The females are plainer. If you can give away the females....then you could just keep the fancy males. Once they in-breed too much, deformities can appear.

I used to drive. But California is very expensive so I don't want the expense of a car. We have an extensive subway and light rail system and I loved using that after getting rid of my car.
