"And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man." Luke 2:52

How did Jesus grow?

Perhaps like this: "Messiah? What is that?" But even with that remember the exceptions found among the gentiles in the OT! What did they see? Why were they drawn in...? "And Ruth said, Entreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and...

I will have to check into that book!

"For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will." John 5:21 "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." John 6:63 "But if the Spirit of him that raised...

Indeed so and remember then how Jesus dealt with and spoke about children: "And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven...

Or simply as Jesus put it here: "Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my...

Lots of people have specific knowledge. But how many people with that knowledge practice wisdom and really have compassion? Some really do! Have you ever seen the movie, Patch Adams?

"The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing: Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect...

Yes, I know that my wife is a blessing. I have known that for a long time now. I told her that I plan to make the 50 year mark with her... [June 25, 2022] I am taking it slow, sister. I have no serious heartburn trouble lately but I remember very well how it can be. At this point, I do not...

In the flesh, we are all dying. In the Spirit, we should all always be growing! However in too many organized churches and with too many designated ministers the main idea seems to be to keep the flock where they are for often effectively selfish reasons. Thus the end result for many of them...

Well there are a lot of things like that around that are accepted parts of our society... even though we would very often be better off if they were not. Many of them without doubt were derived from devils or devilish people at some point in time, but even as not all people are worshippers of...

"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matt 18:20 Lots of gatherings of 2 or 3 happening regularly. The "in his name" is the part I believe to be quite a bit rarer!

I am not going to play the role of nutritionist for myself here. What I have heard here and will be hearing probably from the medical people, I will consider and likely allow my wife to decide. She deals more and better with such things than me. Marriage to a good spouse is a good thing!

First, I believe, every one who really believes in God and strives to do His will is at times chosen to give an interpretation from God. Second, whether the person is one with a specific gift from God as an interpreter is another question. God has used me in the first way, but with regard to...

Then perhaps you needed make your request clearer. I understood you to be asking how "Christians aren't born again" and answered accordingly. [Could it be that were you more concerned in insulting him than in really obtaining answer? Moderator input? @Heart2Soul ?] Here are the posts involved...

Thank you sister... If it is not one thing it is another. If it is not one of us it is the other... God has the whole situation well in hand...

Very difficult for an old man to change his habits much but my wife helps me by preparing not less than one good meal daily. I don't know about the vinegar. I had a severe heart burn problem for years which I overcame in part by learning to avoid things like lemonade. I will wait and see what...

Thank you!
