    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Do you claim to have reached entire sanctification?

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

With SDA’s it’s about what THEY do. The gospel they preach culminates in “salvation by grace plus law, faith plus works.”

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

The latter. Now that doesn’t necessarily mean we will reach entire sanctification in this lifetime, but we will when we receive our glorified bodies.

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

Just like SDA’s, I see that you lean towards law keeping and sinless perfection. Now in regards to Romans 2:13, you need to examine this verse in CONTEXT. Paul was talking to the Jews (continue to read on in Romans 2:17-24) about their judging of the Gentiles and then points them to their own...

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

That did not really answer my 3 questions. In regards to God’s standard of righteousness, see (Romans 4:4-6; 10:1-4; Philippians 3:9)

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

Did John say that those who are born of God cherish sinful habits in 1 John 3:9? In 1 John 3:10, how does John describe children of God in contrast with children of the devil? How do you define repentance?

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

Christians are not under the law, but are under grace. (Romans 6:14) How do your questions fit with our discussion in regards to 1 John 3:9?

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

SDA’s make the same claim, but what you actually do is mix the old and new covenants together and fail to rightly divide the word of truth and the end result is a perverted gospel of “salvation by grace plus law, faith plus works.”

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

From your arguments you might as well be SDA. Both you and SDA’s teach “salvation by grace plus law, faith plus works.”

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

So what is born of God/God in us cannot sin. When we are born of God we become partakers of the divine nature. (2 Peter 1:4) :)

    Yeah right.

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

How do you interpret 1 John 3:9? Some interpret it to mean that the part of us that is born of God cannot sin, while others say it means those who are born of God do not practice (NASB) sin and still others believe that it means sinless perfection of the flesh.

    Is believing/faith a work ?

Amen! Noah had already "found grace" (Genesis 6:8), was "a preacher of righteousness" (2 Peter 2:5), and "walked with God" BEFORE he built the ark. His obedience was a DEMONSTRATION of his faith and not the origin of it.

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

You continue to misinterpret scripture and re-define what it means to “believe in Jesus” unto salvation. Also, Christ’s finished work of redemption is sufficient and complete to save believers. No supplements needed. (Romans 3:24-28)

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

So Paul remained under the old covenant of law throughout his life? Nobody has perfectly obeyed the 10 Commandments except for Jesus Christ. If you stand before Jesus Christ one day expecting to receive eternal life based on the merits of obeying the 10 Commandments, you will be in for a huge...

    The 10 Commandments are FOREVER

So your definition of believe in Jesus Christ unto salvation is “perfectly obey the 10 Commandments?” Why do you even need a Savior if you could save yourself by obeying the 10 Commandments?
