@Holy999 Praying with and for you now!

Also praying for Pastor Ashok!

When I was sent to the Dominican Republic on active duty with the U.S. Army in 1966 under the overview of the OAS [Organization of American States], the largest contingent of non-U.S. troops came from Brazil numbering about 1100. The smallest came from Costa Rica but consisted of a couple of...

I am not arguing that they are right or wrong. To warn others according to what we believe is one thing. To openly condemn is quite another. Final condemnation belongs to God alone, but He alone always knows all of the answers. Everyone who lives for God, does so by faith... not by knowledge...

Amen! "For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise." II Cor 10:12

Weren't they confused about what they believed was the Way to heaven? Isn't that the problem with most [all?] the physical organized church groups today? Why are there hundreds [thousands?] of different ways calling themselves the best way or the right way? God confused their tongues so they...

Aye... Babylon...like a little leaven that spoils the whole lump!

It is the perfection in us to be accomplished by the work of the Holy Spirit in us? If we quench the Holy Spirit as people are taught to do in most [all?] church settings, is not the work of God in us hindered? What are the promises made to overcomers? Is it not by the power of the Holy Ghost...

Amen! Instead to pointing out the other guy's error, let us focus on having the Light of God in us and allowing it to shine... "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Matt 5:16

Jesus knew the 'facts', but who among us knows all of the facts? We are to live for God by faith rather than by knowledge. You would cast out the Mormons, JWs and Catholics...? Which of the other, the thousands of others with sometimes diametrically opposed doctrines or beliefs will you also...

Amen!

Is it your calling? Are there no errors in your doctrine? Is your knowledge of God and things of God absolutely correct and complete? If you disagree with them then do not participate with them, but if I were you I would stay away from condemnation any time before you have overcome as Jesus...

Who has the knowledge or the authority to say that they are not?

@Holy999 Also praying for you!

He simply moves on sister one step at the time and one day at the time. I used to worry every time I went out to see him about what I might find. I was always thinking he is going to sitting there in his chair passed on from this world. He lives alone in a small mobile home behind the church...

Amen! Should we we then waiting for something else? Tomorrow perhaps? "And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?" John 11:26 "Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is...

Thank you for that. I read it with familiarity as I have read the OT accounts, but could not judge it one way or the other as it did not connect or me with anything I definitely already understood. Well I believe that Jesus personal work as a man on planet Earth was certainly finished. He...

Yes, it seems that too many mix up the hierarchies of men using biblical titles glorify themselves more than they do God. Lots of man have titles, like pastor or evangelist or prophet, but a title for a person without the Holy Spirit or for a person with the Holy Spirit who routinely quenches...

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you:.." Acts 1:8
