They usually find cats that are living in cardboard boxes and then they take them a wooden house. And they start to feed them daily. I guess some neighbors might pay attention to the cats so then they are used to people.

Update...the physical therapist thinks the occupational therapist can try transferring mom to the portable commode. He thinks moms legs are getting stronger, thank God. The OT comes on Wednesday so we will see what she thinks.

Yes, they are quite dedicated. I think they said they feed about 160 stray cats. They are trying to build a small shelter. They already have a one room shelter for some of the neediest cats. They also put eye drops in the kittens' eyes that need it.

Thanks for your concern and prayers. Yes, she is sleeping soundly. Once I turn in (shortly) I will fall asleep. I often meditate on the verse "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee, because he trusts in Thee." I do have peace in mind and heart, thank God. Btw...
