Thanks...that was just a rhetorical question reaffirming the first part of my point ;)

According to Jewish law ( halakha) if both parents are Jewish, their offspring is Jewish. If the mother of the child is Jewish, then the child is Jewish but if she is not Jewish, then the child is not Jewish. If the Father is not Jewish, then the child comes under the status of the mother...who...

Having the answers is not essential to living. What is essential is the sense of God's presence during dark seasons of questioning. ~ Rav Zacharias

I think that these two verses refer to the same event "The Day of the Lord" which I believe will occur simultaneously... :)

I have an old friend who see's himself as a prophet of God. He and I used to discuss matters very much like this subject but would call it "a walk in the cool of the evening" meaning: that we were going to discuss a subject leisurely...without too much stress or heavy debating...I enjoy that...

Hi Hezekiah! I'm glad that you have decided to join us here at CyB...looking forward to your posts Bless ya!

I was hoping that this was going to be a stroll DB ;) never mind...I'll keep walking then...some times the best revelation comes from these gentile walks [in the cool of the garden] as Adam use to walk with God... Shalom Achi!

Rex.... I'm still following the O/P. Just thinking out loud, that's all King David could have risen during this time... [possibly - unsure though] Acts 2 29 “Brothers, I can tell you confidently that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is here to this day. 30 But he was...

You can also start another thread Rex ... ;) but I'm interested in this one because it tends lean heavily towards this verse 1 Corinthians 15 51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For...

Now that's another topic entirely Rex... ... I would like to focus on the O/P [size=4][color=#000000] Based on scripture, can anyone else think of any other saints that may have been risen during this time? - Matthew 27:50-56

Indeed! :) Elisha may possibly be, one of these risen saints also 2 Kings 13:21

I'm reading Nehemiah at the moment. I love that story....it's awesome! :)

praying for you...

Hi woldyesus! The bible does not specify who these saints were but we can probably exclude Moses and Elijah Matthew 17:3 and Abraham, Isaac and Jacob Matthew 22:32, Joshua Zechariah 3:4 ...but possibly include Samuel 1 Samuel 28:12, 13, 14, 15. [size=4][color=#000000]Please clarify your...

Hi Bjornfree! I like your name... ^_^ I'm glad that you decided to come back and join us again...and don't worry...I'll be keeping an eye on you ;)

I agree that there is no particular Church denomination that follows the ministry that Jesus walked or is credited in general. There are many however, who would like to believe that though.... Blessings!!!

This topic had been edited due to deterioration of the O/P. I think that any further arguments do not serve any purpose nor does it bring God any glory. Either God's word is wrong or man's understanding of his word is wrong...I'm sure that people reading this can decide for themselves. Topic Locked
