Without this view I would have given you a like.

Did he? Apostle Paul wrote this: "Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." Gal 5:21 And Jesus said this: "If any man come to me, and...

No point? Think not of the freedom which carnal men pursue and hope for but think rather of what Jesus was saying with these words: "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou...

@Holy999 "And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered. My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, my flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did...

While I hear you, for carnal man without God, I might suggest the life of hermit in cave with no outside contact whatsoever! Fortunately as you inferred God has provided a Way which is better than that! Are we not to be the Light of the world?

LOL Have I given you that impression? By the way, what is dogma? LOL

And over all other activities!

@Holy999 "For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not" Rom 7:18 "And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God." Mark 10:18

@My Dreams Praying here!

Don't you know my friend that you not supposed to understand it... just accept it because "I said so"? Lots of Protestants [supposedly any non-Catholic claiming to be a follower of Christ] strongly opposed to Catholicism generally but equally strong in their support of the Trinitarian position...

@My Dreams Praying for all of the needs expressed!

I guess I have never really tried to determine what hate is... rather to know what and who love is and abide in Him: "Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this...

Why are you always on the attack? I strive toward 'praying without ceasing' and 'rejoicing in the Lord always'. How close to God I am or am to be is directly dependent, I believe, on humbling myself before Him rather than whether or not I am a 'good' Bible student. Are the smartest men reading...

Contradict? No, the Holy Ghost leads and teaches us the meaning of what are reading. Lots of people, such as atheists, read the Bible for the wrong reasons and draw the wrong conclusions. It is not the scientific method nor man's logic applied to scripture that yields the Truth.

And some simply follow the lead of the Holy Ghost! "Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?" Acts 15:10 "When his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come...

Dictionary? Do we find God's answer in a dictionary? Do dead men knowingly disobey God? A man not led by the Holy Ghost is a dead man and blind without a Director to teach him which way to go and to empower him to properly act in obedience: "O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in...

If we both lean on God trusting in Him will we not be perfectly fitted into our proper place in the Body of Christ before the end of the road? I have no weapons in my home except those that God has provided as per His Word!

Scripture not brought to Life in a person is dead as I see it. It was written by men as the Spirit of God inspired them. For a person to correctly understand what he reads or hears from the Bible, he must be similarly inspired by the Holy Spirit in him.

Lots of people who do at times, I believe, really have, or have had, an unction, disagree with others who also have had an unction. It boils down to the difference between Saul the King a, or have nd David the King, both anointed as King of Israel by Samuel. Too many people quench the Spirit in...
