I started this last night and got sidetracked. Just sharing some thoughts in the middle of the night watch. Hugs This one stuck out to me. Jhn 8:56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. The verses that came to mind: Speaking of Abraham: Gen 22:18 And in thy...

It's amazing how old the scriptures are, and yet they never get old. They are new every morning. And it's not like an engineering manual where it only is understood by engineers. It's universal to every human. It speaks to every heart and mind. Some it brings comfort and others conviction. How...

I believe God speaks to the heart. Hugs

Mat 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Gen 15:1 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. I don't believe there was a Bible or perhaps even scriptures written at the time the Lord spoke to Abram in a vision. I don't believe the Word...

I understand what your saying. And I've heard and read all the arguments. Here's the thing.. Are we required to still keep the passover? Hugs

Eph 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; I was thinking about when Moses was giving the laws about strangers and they all lived under one law. There wasn't a Sabbath for this group and not for that group. It...

I don't know why, but I believe the vaccine is being used as an excuse for the assasination of these presidents. Burundi : On 20 May 2020, Evariste Ndayishimiye, a candidate who was hand-picked as Nkurunziza's successor by the CNDD-FDD, won the election with 71.45% of the vote. Shortly after...

It's not that we are "justified" by good works. It's the fruit that comes from faith. The fruit is the works. The fruits justify themselves. We cannot produce good fruit unless we are abiding in the vine. Therefore the works or fruits do not originate from us, but from the vine/Lord which...

I have stress walking out my front door. I don't know where it came from but it's been hanging around for at least 8 years now. My daughter thinks I'm crazy. What are you afraid of? I have no idea. I just don't want to open that door. Now once I'm outside the door, I'm fine. It doesn't matter...

The two laws: Romans chapter 7 Rom 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. Rom 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: Rom 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the...

I can only imagine what an "unpopular" message they were tryig to bring to the world. Trying not to scatter but to gather the various groups of Jews and Gentiles under one roof. Like walking on eggshells for some. You ever find yourself trying to walk a fine line in a conversation. Trying to get...

Here's the thing. Your not damned if you get it and your not damned if you don't. But what's really going to kill you is the fear you attribute to either choice. If your afraid you will die if you don't take it, then take it. If your afraid you will die if you take it, then don't take it. You...

I agree. They are speaking of two seperate laws. Paul states we are not justified by the works of the law of Moses. ie: washing hands, animal sacrifices, the things Jesus warned the Pharisees about. James is talking about the law of loving your neighbor as yourself. the only (vs) there is, is...

It's like a rattlesnake den in here... Back in your cages! Back in your cages!

Exo 16:29 See, for that the LORD hath given you the sabbath, therefore he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days; abide ye every man in his place, let no man go out of his place on the seventh day. NLT: They must realize that the Sabbath is the LORD’s gift to you. That is why he...

Rom 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

420711-May-2020 The Armor of God Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the...
