hello Hersh

How is it hb that your reference is science fiction?

no....look at the context of the discussion of the thread. It's about doubting the resurrection....It is to this that my statements are addressed.

fantasy is inclusive of honing in on selected information while ignoring other. All of us need to take this into consideration. It is half truths that wreak confusion/destruction

Many construct a Jesus of their own making.....a fantasy if you like. It is not uncommon for folk to gear their lives around a fantasy. We have the record in scripture which sufficiently reveals God's purposes in Jesus. We do not need to create make believe.

We all have 24 hrs in any given day....I have not met anyone who has 25. We can arrange the time we have any way we choose. If the excuse is, 'there is not enough time' ....it's time to rethink.

Oh Phillip, it's only a smear if support for the systems mentioned is maintained.

I have found the reduction of things to the point of no debt has been liberating. While there is debt one is on someone else's string. I don't live any the poorer....in fact I have more than I need.....quiet miraculous really. When it comes to the Sabbath, Friday is used for preparation.....my...

whenever I've looked into the apple basket I'm not surprised to find most of them rotten. It doesn't seem to matter where they where harvested.

Liars lie.....to expect something different is setting oneself up for disappointment .

I have not found 'done' an option. the more I learn the less I realise I know!

yeahhhh, maligning does that!

interesting huh!.....how God's Law brings out a strong response. God's Law also found a strong response in Heaven....a third of angels felt so strongly....felt compelled to side with the master maligner, it cost them their place in Heaven.

I see you know more about what I think than I do myself :)

seems you have decided what I think Gerhard

here's a couple of translations of the same verse FYD. There are others also. Psalm 19:9-10 (TLB) God’s laws are pure, eternal, just. They are more desirable than gold. They are sweeter than honey dripping from a honeycomb. Psalm 19:7-11 KJV. translation The law of the Lord is perfect...

I wonder if it was beyond mankind to create a disaster like the flood as in Noah's day. Interestingly enough there were about the same amount of people on the planet at the time of Noah from what I have read as there are today. We just assume that they were not technologically advanced. Do we...
