    I observe the Sabbath on....

You will find that the Sabbath was given to man in Eden. It was not specific to Israel. It was reiterated to Israel as was don't murder, don't bear false witness and the other Commandments transcribed by the finger of God at Sinai. You need to read between the lines if you want context and...

    I observe the Sabbath on....

Do you think it's possible that the keeping God's ten commandments was a given? Paul never mentioned not murdering, not coveting etc. I would say the ten were never in dispute. I was the various other rules that specific Jews were trying to get the Gentiles to adhere to.

    I observe the Sabbath on....

The question is, was Paul addressing the issue of Sabbath keeping? or were there other days that were in dispute?? how does it read? Was he addressing unclean meats or meats offered to idols or the issue of eating vegetables over eating meat? Without the context one can make any text say...

    I observe the Sabbath on....

Ones behaviour reveals ones core. Hypocrisy is when ones behaviour is not consistent with ones profession. Is it really concluded that nobody keeps count? Can we boast of acting with love in our hearts yet break God's Commandments? The danger is substituting presumption for faith....Are you...

    I observe the Sabbath on....

G'day O'.... do you think God would approve of men shuffling and shunting his commandments to suit themselves?....I mean, Adam lost his head because of it!

"Have you ever had a spiritual paranormal encounter?"

As I said, you have no interest in obedience except to your man made constructions. What you call faith is mere presumption. Do you not know that we are judged by our works??? Do you not know that faith is the basis for all obedience??? ie, not disobedience. No, you have no interest in...

According to Pope Francis all religions are acceptable to God

The history of the Roman Catholic Church re those who uphold the word of God is recorded so none need be ignorant of its designs. Their core position and attitude towards those that hold a different view has never been rescinded not withstanding their smooth words. Deception is hereby verified...

"Have you ever had a spiritual paranormal encounter?"

The scripture calls God's people peculiar. I imagine it is so because they are desirous to do all in their power to represent their Saviour and his Kingdom with integrity at every opportunity. If that is something you might find offence at then so be it but if not I hope we walk the same narrow...

"Have you ever had a spiritual paranormal encounter?"

It appears mjrhealth, that when anyone is serious about following God's Commandments you interpret it as meaning You do not recognise the need for obedience otherwise you would not argue the way you do. What I understand you to mean from your posts by is that you prefer to follow your own...

"Have you ever had a spiritual paranormal encounter?"

As a young person new to the faith I did have an unusual experience which changed the direction of my life however, as the years slipped by I found myself wanting more 'evidence' whatever that was meant to mean. Now later in my years I have discovered that heart felt repentance and faith towards...

What would Pete Buttigieg Think, SAY and Do If he ever read 1 Corinthians 6:9

What would Pete Buttigieg Think, SAY and Do If he ever read 1 Corinthians 6:9 Literally, this is none of anyones business...it is Pete Buttigieg's. There are billions of people on the planet all thinking and doing....none of it is your business. For starters, how can any man know with...

    Does "For Ever" mean forever?

Does "For Ever" mean forever? Forever is as long as forever is....for example, if the fire has consumed all the fuel without being extinguished it will extinguish itself. Death will destroy itself...that is the principle. It is a diminishing factor in every sense till it vanishes. Conversely...

Does the day of Christ resurrection tell us to worship on Sunday?

I rest on the 7th day according to the Commandment. I worship on any and every day of the week. To confuse the two in order to sanctify the 1st day of the week and so eclipse the 7th day is sleight of hand and has the imprint of the evil one. This slippery trick is and will be part of the...

According to Pope Francis all religions are acceptable to God

Ahh yes, the silver tongue by which the whole world will be deceived according to the scripture. It heralds the close return of Jesus like never before . The message for all believers is, get your house in order....be aware of what constitutes the last movements of Earths history so that the...

    When is Judgment day ?

The term 'the second resurrection' is not used, it is however referenced by the context. John 5:28-29 Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done...

    When is Judgment day ?

    1. All God's people pre and post the resurrection will receive their reward at their respective resurrection. 2. It is clear from scripture that at least Elijah, Enoch, and Moses are in a glorified state in heaven. Who knows, perhaps there are others, for example those resurrected when Jesus...

    When is Judgment day ?

The dead just and unjust are dead, or asleep using scriptural language, they are nowhere in literal terms, their person does not exist as anything anywhere....their bodies have gone back to the earth from which it was taken and the life force or the spirit back to God who gave it...there is no...

    When is Judgment day ?

Firstly, purgatory is not in the Scripture. There are no souls in heaven or hell. All who have died are dead (asleep) All await a resurrection ...either the first or the second. The only exception are those who God has translated like Enoch and Elijah as well as some others. Judgement is...
