lol We are children of God...in more than one sense....But God the Father did not have an incestual relationship when He impregnated Mary....Miriam ...her real name.

There are no reasons. The Mosaic Law has multiple laws regarding marriage and eunuchs and homosexuals. Be fruitful and multiply, God's first and most repeated commandment. For an Israelite/Jew to not get married, would be like a Christian spitting on a cross.

Of course the Da Vinci Code was a movie/book. And it brings up extra-biblical books and historical events. There are two different point of views that are brought up in the movie and sometimes watchers or readers get them mixed up. But there are a lot of people...that have researched this and...

Again, the Bible does not indicate that Christ was married. The question is why the Jews tolerated Him not being married? He did have a different calling and it may have been His decision not to marry, but that has nothing to do with the Jewish perspective.

One of the Old Testament prophecies was that the Messiah would see his offspring. It is more than obvious that Mary Magdalene was the pre-eminent Mary. But what does that mean? Biblically there is no suggestion that Christ was married. Jewish high priest and clergy were either married or...

Like I said they have control of the election system....at least in democrat states. Now...there are things that can happen....but only Republican controlled states will do it. 1. The states can go back to paper ballots. 2. Video cam all processing and transportation of ballots. Video monitoring...

It sounds good....lol....Lot of talk, but they do not have the votes...they do not have the majority in the house or senate to get anything done or to stop anything. And since the demoncrats have control of the election system, they never will.

Oh ya...just another check mark on the list for converting America to communism.. Get a list and start checking them off because they are moving full steam ahead.

No I do not think that God is a monster, I think your theology is monstrous and blasphemous. Abortion and predestination...What is the difference...God predestines mothers to murder their babies or God predestines babies to be damned? Since God predestined the mothers to murder their...

I don't think Adam and Eve got a divorce.

So where you going with that? Or is the better question; What is your point?

Who is talking about science here? I have not seen any scientific analysis here.

Well you do what ya want. You couldn't anyway. Not sure what you are getting at with Adam and Eve. They were told to be fruitful and multiply while in the "Garden." No indication they had sex in the Garden.

Like I said when April started the thread, the history of all this would fill a book and people complain about long posts. And there so much misunderstanding and misinformation that it is hard to know where to start. To start with ... the question ... what is marriage? A monogamous union between...

I asked you to look in the Strong's...it is not there. People believing in things that are not even in the Bible. How do you interpret something that is not there?

I am sure you have seen the poem about footprints...

↑ 1st Timothy 2:4 "God desires that all sinners be saved." This verse does not say "God desires that all sinners be saved" so you shouldn't put that in quotes. True...I like..."who wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." or "who desires all...

The world is full of people. When you say the words...world or all in the context of these scriptures it means everybody...unless you make exceptions...it means everybody. The scriptures could have made exceptions...but they did not. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only...

Several verses...the words are not complicated...most people here can tell you what they mean if you ask them. In fact I think a 6 year old could tell you what they mean.

I am not looking for interpretation....looking for truth. Multiple sex partners is wrong on several levels...that is not what I am talking about. What actually "in affect" trumps scriptures is tradition. People learn their religion from tradition, by what they are told, not the Bible, not the...
