BAPTISM SAVES, FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS"

The leaders and the teachers are different - and more culpable . . . James 3:1 Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. Matt. 15:14 Leave them; they are blind guides. If the blind lead the blind, both will fall...

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

I hate to burst your bubble - but almost EVERY verse you cherry-picked is CONDITIONAL on whether the person endures in faith. The only one that isn't is John 10:28 - which simply says that nobody can snatch you out of God's hand - which is true. Only YOU can choose to leave Him. Nobody will...

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

Uh huh - and what do you say to all of the PROTESTANT scholarship I have presented on the matter?? J.B. Lightfoot, one of the most respected Protestant theologians of the last 200 years defines Epignosis in these passages as FAR more than just a "mental assent" - but a FULL and EXPERIENTIAL...

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

Nice try - but we weren't talking about Scripture. I was quoting the instructions on HOW to baptize from The Didache - NOT the Bible. The Bible doesn't give explicit instruction on how to baptize. In the context of the instructions in The Didache - "Living water" simply means running water -...

BAPTISM SAVES, FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS"

In the Eucharist, the bread and wine is transformed into His body and blood - while still under the appearance of bread and wine. This is how Jesus showed the Apostles how to consume His body and blood SACRAMENTALLY at the Last Supper. He didn't hold out His arm for each of them to take a...

BAPTISM SAVES, FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS"

Following God's commands IS freedom - from SIN. I don't walk away like YOU and the former believers in John 6:66 who simply couldn't believe He wanted them to eat His flesh and drink His blood. When Jesus commands me to do something I do it because He is GOD . . .

"Joint Declaration on the Doctrine of Faith" - Has 500 Years Taught Us Nothing?

Nope - I always provide proof for my claims - like the following proof about there being FAR MORE sexual perversion going on on your Protestant sects . . . Evangelical Sex Abuse Record ‘Worse’ Than Catholic, Says Billy Graham’s Grandson Protestant Churches Grapple With Growing Sexual Abuse...

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

No - Peter wasn't being "disobedient". YOU are being ignorant. Peter was telling the crowd about the Baptism of Christ. He was COMMANDED by Christ Himself to Baptize in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Peter told them to repent and be baptized in the name of Christ...

Did The Bible Or The Papacy Transfer The Sabbath Rest To Sunday?

Probably right next to the place where it says that there are far more molestations going on in your PROTESTANT sects than in the Catholic Church . . . Evangelical Sex Abuse Record ‘Worse’ Than Catholic, Says Billy Graham’s Grandson Protestant Churches Grapple With Growing Sexual Abuse Crisis ...

BAPTISM SAVES, FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS"

No - it's just that YOU in your arrogance have completely ignored the commands and warnings of Christ. John 6:53 “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. Good luck with that . . .

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

Jesus is FULLY God and FULLY Man. He's not 1/3 of a Deity - and He's NOT all 3 Persons of the Trinity. In Matt. 28:19. JESUS - who is not only Peter's BOSS, but Peter's GOD told him to baptize in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. WHY do you ignore the commands of...

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

No, I'm not - YOU are, by cherry-picking verses. ALL Scripture must harmonize or it is ALL a lie.

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

Soooooo - you actually believe that the Bible - the inerrant Word of Almighty God contradicts itself?? UNBELIEVABLE . . .

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

IF they REMAIN faithful. NOT everybody does (Matt. 5:13, Matt. 7:21, Rom. 11:22, Heb. 10:26-27, 2 Peter 2:20-22, 2 Peter 3:17, Rev. 3:5, Rev. 22:19)..

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

Wanna BET?? Salvation is a process - not a one time, slam-dunk event. The Bible assures that we as Christians are ALREADY SAVED (Rom. 5:1, 8:24, Eph. 2:5–8) This is Initial Salvation – God give us the initial grace to believe. However, because Salvation is a LIFELONG process – it ALSO says...

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

The point I was making is that there is no "list" of deeds we must do. The Bible is clear that we must DO God's will (Matt. 7:21). Jesus said that WHATEVER we do for the least of His brethren - we do to HIM (Matt. 23:45).
  18. BreadOfLife

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

IF you love Him. Not everybody who starts out loving Him and being faithful to Him ENDURES in that love and faith. The Bible is CLEAR about this (Matt. 5:13, Matt. 7:21, Rom. 11:22, Heb. 10:26-27, 2 Peter 2:20-22, 2 Peter 3:17, Rev. 3:5, Rev. 22:19).

    Limited Atonement VS Universal Atonement

There's no "List". If you're in a moral situation and you DON'T know God's will - then you DON'T belong to Him.

Not "angry" at all. Just giving you Scriptural spanking . . .
