One thing's for sure, when our Lord Jesus returns... then we will begin to understand why He divinely intervened with Saul (Paul) and converted him against his own free will; why He told Jeremiah the prophet that He knew him before he was in his mother's womb; why Abraham was called "Friend of...

That's exactly how that Scripture reads! Thanks JLB.

I well understand how many of God's people are disgusted with how things are in the world today. That disgust is actually a good thing, because it means we don't belong to this world, but to God and His Son. This present world is not our true 'home', but upon this earth with God here living...

Making what up? You're crazy rant is unwarrented! I don't suppose you read Saint's post about fleeing southward into the desert to Bozrah that he's been taught, instead of heeding the Zech.14 and Acts 1 Scripture of how our Lord Jesus returns to this earth (and how we're gathered to Him per...

You can try... to get around what all Paul said in the 1 Cor.15 about the kind of body the resurrection is, but you won't be able to, and certainly not with lexicon gymnastics.

Thinking to be saved in the flesh by fleeing into the deserts around Jerusalem is something that also happened in 70 A.D. with the Roman destruction of Jerusalem, according to the Jewish historian Josephus. Josephus said there were false messiah's in the desert in that time which deceived many...

The Rev.1:7 verse contains more than one phrase of who will see Christ coming in the clouds. Only the second phrase applies to the unbelieving Jews and thus the Zech.12 Scripture about them. Rev 6:15-17 15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains...

I can see you'll have problems with believing the following as written then... Matt 22:30 30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven. (KJV) Mark 12:25 25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are...

And that must be kept in perspective of all of our Lord Jesus' teaching, for in Luke 22 He told His disciples who didn't have a sword to go buy one. So our Lord Jesus was not teaching us to stand still like a tree and allow murderers and thieves to kill us. He was talking about doing good to...

There are some that are predestinated to faithfully serve Christ, and Jesus already... literally 'owns' those (like His Apostles and disciples of His first coming - see John 17). For the last days, those are represented by believers that have already been 'sealed' in prep against the "hour of...

The Jewish historian Josephus mentioned false messiah's in the desert where many of the people of Judah mistakedly fled to during the Roman's destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. That's also about one of Christ's warnings to be on watch in our near future against those who will claim Christ...

No, it is NOT primarily to or about the tribe of Judah, it's to those of the "synagogue of Satan" bowing in worship to Him at the feet of His elect during His thousand years reign. Jesus wasn't saying that to all the people of Israel, but specifically to the unbelieving hypocrite scribes and...

God is Who planted our nation, along with all the historical Christian nations. The U.S. founders also thought so, and proclaimed it, even as the founders of the European Christian nations also did. And that's why there still exists a remnant of God's people in those nations still...

Keep pushing that "pro-Semitic" junk and you'll keep getting more disagreement from me. That's a political phrase and you well know it. It has nothing to do with Christ's Salvation and gathering of His Church of both believing israelite and believing Gentile. What it does have to do with is...

The grammatical purpose of the word "then" in the Matt.24:29 verse is to POINT back to the time of the previous verse... Matt 24:29-30 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven...

Isa 63:1 1 Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. (KJV) The KJV reads differently, because Christ does not return literally from...

Or we could just talk about gear that we wish we'd never traded or sold, like an original Fender Deluxe Reverb amp I once had, and an early Gibson ES340 Stereo guitar with Bigsby tailpiece vibrato and a built in phase switch (body like the ES335).

Your idea is terrible error away from The Scriptures concerning The Gospel of Jesus Christ. The preaching (heralding) of The Gospel is not dependent upon God's Kingdom having come first in order for it to be preached. The Scriptures declare just the opposite of what you say. The Gospel of the...

Er.., since we're on that topic now, I have a 1977 Strat and a 1983 Strat Elite Eric Clapton model (active electronics, the precursorer to the Lace Sensor pickup design).

That's where you allow the evil spirits to deceive even you, for there is no communication with the 'dead'. But occultists, necromancers, witches, and sorcerers, think there is. I didn't realize the false basis of your ghost conclusion until now. Sounds like you've been dabbling in the...
