I agree! While we do live by faith in some things which we do not know, there are some things that we do know. As we grow toward God our knowledge is increased in places replacing that which was followed or believed only by faith. Only when and if our knowledge were to become complete, would...

Are you then living for God by knowledge instead of by faith? How do you know the difference between the knowledge you do have and that which is incomplete or even in error in yourself? "...now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known." I Cor 13:12 When did you arrive at...

LOL … carry on...!

Unfortunately unlike with a motor vehicle I don't believe that popping open a can of motor oil and pouring it in will replenish the shortage!

I do hear you!

"And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell." Matt 5:29 To avoid hell [Gehenna] is it? If one plucks his eye out so as not to be cast into hell...

I emphasize it because it is so written. Jesus saw the man's need and touched his eyes again. How many times do we need to have our eyes touched? How many times will we have our eyes touched? How many of us have eyes?

What does a character from the Wizard of Oz have to do with it?

My barber [my wife] has been living with me for going on 48 years. Of course these days there's not a lot to cut on...

People do have mixtures of Truth and nonsense or the knowledge or men. This comes from quenching the Holy Ghost/Spirit and taking in garbage along side what they have received from God. When a person quenches the Holy Ghost, they stop the work in them necessary to make them pure, complete and...

Since I first received the Holy Ghost in 1976 I have been also reading the Bible. I do read and study the KJV, but a sincere atheist could do that and not hear from God at all remaining always in his place of death. I agree that the Word of God is perfect. The problem is that we are not. Until...

Indeed! What is impossible for God? If God is in us holding our reins, what is impossible for us? "And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible." Mark 10:27 "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of...

So then we need nothing at all? Without the power of God man does so very well all of the time? Is it that there is no crime in the streets? Is it that there is no lust of the flesh, nor lust of the eyes nor pride of life in any man tempting him any more to sin? You don't really believe that, do...

Yes, the more we become aware and learn about God and the things of God, the more clearly it comes to us that we really know very little at all. God doesn't fit in that box we want to put Him in... Saying that we know 5% is also probably way too high. Are we not talking about God? For example...

Are you saying that your vision is flawlessly clear? If that is so, would it not also be so that you never stumble nor do anything that would displease God... like sin?

@Truther You are letting us know where you are in this. That's OK as everyone else does as well. The important thing is that we are on the approach to God during all of the time which remains to us. Of course, some, as I see it, deny that we have a choice in the matter. Some believe, or say...

@Heart2Soul and others here! At times perhaps in the eyes of some I have been "under a rock" as well... I think it has just about all been said already. I watched or at least skimmed the videos. Ultimately nothing new there. Nothing new here. I am retired from the U.S. Government [almost 20...

"...The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." James 5:16

Just keep on smiling my friend... along with giving God the glory down in that 'heavenly' place where you dwell! :)

I am right with you thus far! I believe so. It is eating the right flesh that which is to be the "flesh" of the Body of Christ, that it may be quickened within as part of the "new man" by the quickening Holy Spirit. Some people eat the wrong flesh, their own or that of false prophets. Who are...
