    Born again requirement ?

Okay...slow down. Nicodemus referred to natural childbirth...and Jesus went beyond that to say (in other words) that natural birth was not enough to enter the kingdom of God, but one must [also] be born again of the spirit of God: From below [and] from above. Jesus wasn't eluding to some...

    Born again requirement ?

Check! Do we need to have a talk about "the birds and the bees?" (rhetorical) Duh! He was talking about natural childbirth....and moving on to spiritual matters. Which, if you are not tracking with after 2000 years...perhaps we do need to have that talk.

My understanding of end time events

Why do you look to a worldly fulfillment of a kingdom which is not of this world? (rhetorical) If we "rightly divide the word of truth", then we will separate that which is of the world from that which is of the kingdom. And if we are of the spirit of God, we will discern the words of...

    Born again requirement ?

That would only apply if Jesus were talking to the unborn (of water and spirit). But He was speaking to those already born of water...and specifically not purposing they "enter again into the womb."

    Born again requirement ?

That does not represent John the baptist's (and therefore Gop's) clarification of the difference. BOl you have given the correct answer, but don't even support it with your own comments: proto- ˈprōdō/ combining form original; primitive. "prototherian" first; anterior; relating to a...

    Born again requirement ?

Indeed, John the baptist made it clear that there are two types of baptism: by water and by the Holy Spirit....which of course is also the point of being born again.

You can never lose your salvation!

Not to worry. You have it right. We must decrease, and He must increase...and it is only those of the world who endlessly defend being perfect in the flesh. But we who are in Christ are not of the world. Nonetheless, we try to bring the flesh under submission. Either way, the dept of the flesh...

You can never lose your salvation!

Wow, fun thread - pass the wine! The matter of continuing to sin vs. perfection...is simply a matter of who we are talking about: the old man, or the new. The new Man is Christ in us, and it is He who is perfect, we have become One, and therefore are "perfect, as He is perfect." It is rather...

If we only knew better where that fine line of righteousness is that will in the end cut to the marrow...much less would be said and squabbled about here. Until then, sadly, we do our will, whether it is in agreement with Him or not.

First bishop at Rome, male or female

I guess I missed this one.. It doesn't matter if every women is married or not. The rolls that are portrayed by men and women are just manifest examples revealing a truth about the relationship between God and all mankind, whether male or female. So, you are correct to quote Galatians, as there...

I called out to God before hearing any words from men. He answered, and I was caught up in the spirit and told of myself and of Him. He then lead me to a bible wherein He confirmed every point by the Spirit, the same Spirit whom Christ sent to the apostles, whom He sends to all who are born...

Apostle is a title given to men by men, and no man is over another, except Christ, by who I also speak. But you do not know me, why should you run the risk of offending the Holy Spirit?

You misunderstand. I have nothing but respect for what Christ has done and whom he has chosen to serve in the building of his church. But, it is not men whom build, but rather Him who sent them.
