The Romans crucified him under their law. Both are equally guilty. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. And yes, if you are not Israel by faith through Abraham.. you get to stay outside looking in..

So your saying Peter is two-faced? He writes letters saying one thing and yet does another... like the Pharisees that Jesus said, do whatt they say, not what they do. So Peter is a hypocrite, a fisherman... and a Pharisee named Saul is calling Peter a hypocrite.. I suppose anything is...

That's fine. I'm going to stick with a counterfeit Peter... there were lot's of people trying to stear the church off course. Not so much different than today. I believe if Paul had known who the "certain" were that came out from James... this is where that "certain" Peter came from.. he would...

You still with me?? Act 15:7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. Act 15:8 And God, which knoweth...

So Peter is sitting on his roof and sees a vision. He is then told to go to a house of Gentiles and spread the Gospel. Act 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: Act 10:35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh...

Looks can be deceiving... Sometimes you have to act to enjoy the show, and get your opponents off balance. Somebody said: If Trump had anything he would tweet it..... How little they know the game. You never advertise to your enemy what ammunition you have. It could cost you everything.. 2Ki...

Gen 16:11 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction. Gen 16:12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he...

Thank You Nancy, Knowing what I know now... even though it was a journey to get here.. I would restart the whole thread over from the beginning. But in the beginning I was really struggling with Paul. I had to walk that walk to get to journey's end. Couple things here though.. Saul was on a...

Gen 16:1 Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar. Hagar = "flight" Sarah's Egyptian slave girl, Abraham's concubine, Ishmael's mother Mat 24:20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: Gen...

What I find difficult for me is, trying to place myself in the time period that the stories are in. Each place and time is a different generation. different cultures, different governments. And I'm no historian. All I know is this 21st century I've walked in. A thousand years from now they won't...

You know why the bottomless pit is bottomless? It just keeps recruiting more slime.
