I have to come to the conclusion that God's forgiveness and Grace can overcome any obstacles. Even murder. Even lies. Even stealing.. etc.. And I already know this. I have no issues with God's grace and mercy. I see it when they are going to stone a woman for adultery according to the law, and...

Jhn 15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Jhn 15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Jhn 15:3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Jhn...

So true, If one didn't have faith, why bother getting baptized?

All I can think of, is the text I quoted had a couple links that were underlined and it just went rogue.. I have no idea. And I don't know what the implications of those links are. It has to do with cybersecurity and infrastructure that was put in place in 2010 to connect every state and...

Act 10:44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. Act 10:45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. Act 10:46 For they...

Act 8:34 And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man? Act 8:35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus. Act 8:36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a...

Galatians is to me like sour grapes... Gal 2:11 But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed. Peter gets hit on this side for for not wanting to see Jesus killed.. called Satan for being an obstacle to the plan. Then gets slapped on the other...

Act 23:1 And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day. 2 Peter chapter 3 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: Knowing this...

Day of rest A common theme in criticism of Hebrew Shabbat rest was idleness, found not to be in the Christian spirit of rest. Irenaeus (late 2nd century), also citing continuous Sabbath observance, wrote that the Christian "will not be commanded to leave idle one day of rest, who is constantly...

I'm having a battle with Paul. I've asked Peter to come and work this out with me. I've had this battle before but have not found a resolution. In truth, I see Paul as the wolf who comes in and scatters the sheep. Leading them towards the gentiles rather then leading the gentiles to God. I am...
