Do you believe Spirit baptism replaces water baptism?

She was justified eternally the same way abraham was. By faith she later showed her faith by what she did. she is not going to be in heaven because she did a work.. she will be in heaven because she had faith her work was a product of that faith

If everyone agreed, there wouldn't be much point to a forum - Agree, or disagree? - LOL

You can;t build bridged when you attack everyone who disagrees with you. And you can;t help build bridges when you enable the people who do this..

If everyone agreed, there wouldn't be much point to a forum - Agree, or disagree? - LOL

That is my point. People are to stuck in what they were taught or their religion and their belief system, they can not just learn from others. I agree, there is no 100 % church.. that is one major reason we should be open and seek. Not try to push and hold a blind eye to what others say I...

Do you believe Spirit baptism replaces water baptism?

Rahab worked because she had faith. Not to earn justification. James is making the case that people who have real faith. not just a claimed faith. will work. their works show their faith was real

Do you believe Spirit baptism replaces water baptism?

They forget so fast the leading of the law once a year the high priest had to make atponement for everyones sin, every year in symbolic terms, everyone had to be saved again. But Jesus, as our great high priest entered the holy place once and for all to make atonement for sin forever

    Universalism is a dangerous doctrine

2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Romans 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” You do not teach the God of the bible...

    Universalism is a dangerous doctrine

without the shedding of blood, there is no remission the law proved to the world that no one kept the law. because if anyone did. then the high priest would not need to go year after year to make atonement for the whole nation.. who never kept the law sadly, Like the pharisees, many people...

    Universalism is a dangerous doctrine

Again practice what you preach. about everything you said here. You do yourself. He who believes is not condemned, he who does not believe is condemned already. It means what it says. To say it can in any shape or fashion mean somethign else is to make the word null and void. The rest of...

    Universalism is a dangerous doctrine

we are in the last days. People want to be saved and be able to still live their lives in their own sin. yet they do not want to humble themselves and come to receive the grace of God..

yeah, We can live our life in unbelief, Give God the finger daily, and do our own thing. making ourself our own God. And die in this state. and then get to heaven through unbelief.

If everyone agreed, there wouldn't be much point to a forum - Agree, or disagree? - LOL

I think in any type of forum you will have disagreements. We should look to try to see why these disagreements are happening. Maybe we can learn something and be open to the fact we may be wrong in what we were taught or believe. where the issue comes in is you have some who do not really want...

The 70 Weeks Prophecy - The Ezra 6:14 Challenge

You want nehimiah to just ask for wood. But he never did Lol.. Yet. Years later. The city still laid destroyed and in ruins. Which prompted Nehemiah to ask permission to go rebuild the city. Which if the command was given years earlier. it would have already happened at least it would have...

The 70 Weeks Prophecy - The Ezra 6:14 Challenge

There is no command to rebuild any city in Ezra Not only Did Nehimiah ask the king for permission to rebuild the city in Neh . The king said yes. You can keep pushing, but you will never prove your point. everything in Ezra. Is about the temple. Including the temple duties.. there is...
