    Death Penalty

In answer to whether or not Christians are responsible to administer the death penalty... Rom 13:1-6 1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. All the higher powers are ordained by God. Does that include...

Israeli television : Insulting Christianity at taxpayer's expense.

That's not what God's Word teaches at all.

No one knows the day or the hour?

The problem isn't ignorance either, at least not with those who create such false doctrines like Preterism. Those who create such lies I have to believe know exactly what they're doing, and that they well know they follow the father of lies. I don't want anyone to think that I don't...

The Occult Connections of Westcott and Hort

That all makes sense. The later Bible translations use Humanist speech in a social philosophical approach, almost like a psychologist sat in on the translation. Philo of Alexandria was another one of the mystics at Alexandria, Egypt which had influence in the Gnostic movement at Alexandria. He...

    There Are No Church Ages

You mean, 'Why can't it mean Church Ages too?' Because the idea of a Church Age suggests past fulfillment as its initial basis. And the only past fulfillment idea that can be applied 'in context' with our Lord's Messages to the seven Churches in Asia Minor is that those Churches existed in...

    Revelation 7

Understanding about the "four winds" symbol from the Old Testament is not that difficult. It's in the sense of coming judgments, and about a sealing of God's servants. Our Lord Jesus also used the "four winds" concerning the time when He will gather His saints, per Matt.24 and Mark 13. The winds...

For it is written that Abraham had two sons

Truly, the 'unbelieving' Jews are... treated as Ishmael, but that's ONLY IF they refuse to accept The Saviour Christ Jesus. What of those of Judah that have... ACCEPTED our Lord Jesus Christ? Have they still lost the covenants of promise concerning Israel? God forbid, no. Those instead make up...

For it is written that Abraham had two sons

Not bad, except parts that you still appear not willing to address, that of the separation between the "house of Israel" (ten tribes under Ephraim) in contrast to the "house of Judah" (Jews). Isa 11:11-13 11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set His hand again the...

Hath God cast away his people

Another good exposition. God has not cast away His people which He did foreknow.

    Ethnicity created in Genesis?

You're very welcome, as I understand how thoroughly evolution ideas have been implanted into our culture.

Israeli television : Insulting Christianity at taxpayer's expense.

I sometimes wonder just who's been educating you Prentis? The idea of a "Bible believing churcher" is a contradiction used with that idea of someone who tries to make The Bible say something it doesn't, etc.

    Occupy Wall Street

Do we find anyone... in that Occupy movement preaching a return of the U.S. monetary system back to a gold standard? I haven't heard any of them mention that. But removal from a gold standard to instead go use "Deficit spending" is how our financial system got into today's condition, and also...

    Occupy Wall Street

Nor do I covet what the wealthy have (i.e., those that rightly earned it). The problem I have is with those who became wealthy by thefts, i.e., stealing from the American people. It is very... un-Biblical to desire the redistribution of wealth, taking it from those who rightly earned it and...

Hath God cast away his people

The only real "mirage" with this matter concerning "the commonwealth of Israel" which Paul preached in Ephesians 2, is the covering over the eyes of many about it, and how Christ's enemies have deliberately been attacking relocated Israel in the "wilderness", trying to destroy her. I speak not...

Hath God cast away his people

Well said. Those who don't (yet) understand this, are relying only on part of The Bible, and the false idea that Christ's Church replaced Israel, when God's Israel actually became... Christ's Church 'all inclusive'.

Without Beginning Of Days Or End Of Life ...

Gen 14:21-24 21 And the king of Sodomsaid unto Abram, Give me the persons, and take the goods to thyself. 22 And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the LORD, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth, 23 That I will not take from a thread even to a...

Whose government do you defend or speak good about?

This reminds me of the awful act that sons of Belial did in the area of Benjamin's inheritance per Judges 19 and 20. An elderly Levite priest had a wife that played the harlot and they were traveling and came to the city of Gibeah of Benjamin. They rested in a public place until one living there...

Whose government do you defend or speak good about?

Shouldn't confuse Pacifism with the authority and power Christ has given His servants to do battle against His enemies. Sometimes those battles are spiritual only, and then sometimes they are literal as what happened in that Church with the lone gunman reveals. Only a Liberal Leftist would...

Hath God cast away his people

It'll be interesting to see where the arrogance comes from when you get further down in Rom.11 where Paul gave the condition for the unbelieving part of Israel's blindness being removed. That is, if you ever do get that far in Romans 11. I expect Insight to hold you to it.

Hath God cast away his people

Of course, that's a lot of words with no Scripture to back it up, which basically means hot air. If you left what I explained in my above post, which is what Paul was showing in Romans, then you left the Scripture as written in favor of something else.
